Trevor, bud. Did you not see the addition of reenforced building material applied? I'd like to think that food is safe enough. Just short of putting a lock on the door everything looks safe to me.
How does the sugar cure effect the gaminess flavor? I saw that it drew out a lot of the blood, which usually houses a lot of that gamey flavor.
After it sits in the sugar cure it removes any hint of a gamie taste. But then again even when we fry our backstraps they are not real gamie
