How much it costs to open a basketball facility
I just opened my second basketball gym and here is exactly how much it cost to open. Opening a basketball facility is no easy task but in this video, I give you the exact steps I took and everything I bought to open my gym.
If you want to open a basketball gym this video will give you a clear blueprint on what goes into it, the steps to open it, and how much it will cost you. Now running the gym is a completely different story but your upfront costs will be your most expensive aspect.

For an actual college size full court space, would you assume somewhere near $100k? Rough estimate
Yes I’d say somewhere around that

Yes
So about 3x your expenses estimates to play it safe to open my own basketball facility

Plenty of ways to monetize, and looking for commercial land, industrial buildings and warehouses

Depends on revenue hopefully 1-2 years. Insurance 4k for two facilities
What are typical monthly expenses for electricity, water garbage? Was the video you just showed only the cost for one 1/2 court court?
Yes that was cost for that one gym. This lease is triple net so utilities included
Was the $3,750 including floor install or just the hoops?
That’s just the hoops, I explained how much court and install cost

Why just half court? I want to start my own here in California. Would you suggest a full court or half for a starter?
Not easy to get a full court depending on where you live. And cost is much higher especially in California
