What struck me from this video was how engaged the baby was. He wanted to try everything too and responded so well. He’s so intelligent as well. It’s amazing to see when children grow up in a wonderful environment how much they can thrive.

Tim I don't care for sushi as well but I enjoy kimbop because of the ingredients. Try dipping the kimbop in a little soy sauce or tamari and a slight bit of miso if you can tolerate a little spice. I love it that way. It adds a nice flavor.

I went to the Super H mart today in Georgia which is a Asian market. Most of those dishes are in their meat case ready for you to take home and cook. I am a vegetarian so I go for the fresh veggies that you cannot find in American markets. I love watching Mazelee family and yours.

The beauty supply house , that’s around the corner from my house, they’re Korean & from time from time they will cook some of their foods in the back of the store . One of they’re dishes will be the kimchi/w beef , along with the seaweed that you guys ate 1st!!! They will always have me to taste their meals so one day I gave it a go! What do you mean 'not bitter'.
I wonder if you know the powerful impact you are making on your family by exposing-and educating--them -at an early age-to understanding/accepting cultural differences through food. As I commented in an earlier video, your parenting is creating world citizens-internationalists-- who will be comfortable around various groups and consider it normal. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up later at Eton, Oxford or Cambridge. Mom and Dad, continue raising such a loving and well-rounded family!
