What do you mean by Spiritual blessing , What do you mean by Inner Strengths , why Paul is praying for inner strengths , what is the application of a believer having inner strength. If a believer has the inner strength from God how is different then if so what is the connection with what you explained .

First things first, we must know that to understand the heart of God which is the Word of God that came forth out of his mouth as Jesus said when quoting from the book of Isaiah saying, so is the word that goes out of his mouth it shall not return to him void but shall accomplish what it was sent to do without fail.
As for God hsi ways are perfect and can never be proven uintrue. To think that God would even lie to us would be blasphemy at the root of every falsehood spoken. Let God be true and every man a liar who does not interpret the scriptures correctly.
To think that we can embrace scripture from a mind that needs be transformed by the Word of God, the blood of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit without proving it to be true with the confirmation of God would make it falsehood, heresy or corrupt.
The natural things came from the Words of God which are spiritual. God who is a spirit spoke and brought everything we see in the natural into existance. We live by faith and not by sight but yet that which is seen was made by that which is not seen.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (2Pe 1:2-4)
The Spiritual blsesing bring to us the things that are needed in this world to fulfill our lives and make us a blessing unto others.
The Lord God Almighty created this world with all of the resourses to sustain it throughout life of which the mind of God has given us the wisdom and understanding to create witty inventions which brought us the many of the things we use today and embrace.
To say that Ephesians chapter three does not pertain to the natural things that are needed to make for life and that more abundantly would be in essence a falsehood becuase it is not rightly divided in set in order with the rest of text both in the Old and New Testaments. All the promises of God are yes and amen in Chirst Jesus our Lord.
For instance rightly dividing the truth would be searching out every scritpure relevant to a certain topic menioned in scripture.
    Concerning wealth:
And all their wealth, and all their little ones, and their wives took they captive, and spoiled even all that was in the house. (Gen 34:29)
And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. (Deu 8:17)
But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. (Deu 8:18)
And Naomi had a kinsman of her husband's, a mighty man of wealth, of the family of Elimelech; and his name was Boaz. (Rth 2:1)

And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king: (2Ch 1:11)
Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like. (2Ch 1:12)
Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for ever: that ye may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children for ever. (Ezr 9:12)
For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed. (Est 10:3)
They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave. (Job 21:13)
If I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much; (Job 31:25)

The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty. (Pro 10:15)
Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. (Pro 13:11)
A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. (Pro 13:22)
The rich man's wealth is his strong city, and as an high wall in his own conceit. (Pro 18:11)
Wealth maketh many friends; but the poor is separated from his neighbour. (Pro 19:4)
Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God. (Ecc 5:19)
A man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desireth, yet God giveth him not power to eat thereof, but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease. (Ecc 6:2)
And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance. (Zec 14:14)
Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth. (Act 19:25)
Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth. (1Co 10:24)
Without wealth churches could not have been built because it takes money to do it.
Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like. (2Ch 1:12)
Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. (Pro 13:11)
A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. (Pro 13:22)
does not even the story of David the King of Israel teach us anything here. He gathered wealth so the First temple could be built and Solomon continued to bulld the wealth for that to happen. The things of his world have been created with wisdom, knowledtge and understanding.
I have been taught by the Master because in my youth I found that the truth was not clearly understood and that falsehood and error has been at the root of the religious system of this world today. Just as has been told to us by Christ, Peter, Paul and Jude we must take hold of the truth rightly divided and set in order in order to live it uprightly before the Lord.
You can't give what you haven't recieved do how are you providing for the sheep in your congregations needs when they have need of deliverance from oppressive forces working against them?? May the Lord God Almighty Creator of heaven and earth enlighten the eyes of your understanding and give you life eternal in the glorious and holy name of Yeshua the King of kings and Lord of lords. amen.
