I love your vlogs. I'm so glad you're happier with this job than your last. I've been in a horrific toxic work environment that made me leave work crying every day - almost a decade later and I'm still freelancing because I can't bring myself to have a "normal" job again.

Glad you like your job. Thanks for the vid. Co-workers and leadership is so important for a person’s state of mind at work. And like you said, kindness goes a long way. Sounds so much better than your prior job which was a toxic environment. You are a positive person, so this sounds like a better fit. I have had some negative work experiences and they create such tension, anxiety and unhappiness. Hope it is still going well in your job. They are lucky to have you.
