Om Auṃ or Oṃ, Sanskrit: ॐ is a sacred sound and a spiritual icon in Hindu religion. It is also a mantra in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism.
Om is part of the iconography found in ancient and medieval era manuscripts, temples, monasteries and spiritual retreats in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The symbol has a spiritual meaning in all Indian dharmas, but the meaning and connotations of Om vary between the diverse schools within and across the various traditions.
Om is one of the most important spiritual symbols as it refers to Atman (soul, self within) and Brahman (ultimate reality, entirety of the universe, truth, divine, supreme spirit, cosmic principles, knowledge). The syllable is often found at the beginning and the end of chapters in the Vedas, the Upanishads, and other Hindu texts.
It is a sacred spiritual incantation made before and during the recitation of spiritual texts, during puja and private prayers, in ceremonies of rites of passages (sanskara) such as weddings, and sometimes during meditative and spiritual activities such as Yoga.
Meditation that involves the chanting of 'Om' or 'Aum' is called Om meditation. In Om meditation, the two great spiritual possessions that belong to us - breath and sound - are combined to form a comprehensive meditation technique.
This single word produces the sound and vibration which allows you to feel at one with the universe. This formula will make you become one with the universe while also connecting you with your highest essence as well as extreme deep healing capabilities at all levels of existence.

I don’t know how to describe it but I felt as if I went to another dimension or something like that.
the intro sound gave me prickly/energetic feeling from mid body up to top of head and I wasn't even meditating yet. had similar sensations in other parts of body throughout the rest of it.
UNBELIEVABLE I've listened to alot of different chants and this is #1 ! I'm just learning how to meditate and almost gave up until I heard this one thank you 💕 I actually saw myself laying on my bed,but I was hovering above me if that makes any sense

i like walking to this stuff.i feel like im soaring as my body travels almost effortlessly down the sidewalk.I fell confident and walk with my head up.i feel closer to the elements and one with nature. a state of bliss but alert like a ninja aware of all around me and what's to happen next.

I'm afraid I agree. Trump is nowhere NEAR as bad as Obama. In fact, Trump is at least TRYING to do the things that make sense!!! But in any case, we're still living in a hurting world that is in DESPERATE need of healing!!! That, I'm afraid, may never change, especially when MEN are afraid to use this spiritual medicine for fear of getting the "GAY" label!!!
