Wow, of course a person of interest had big contracts with the city. Daley's people admit that Rochard had I think all relatives working for the city. 100 or so relatives. But he was honest.

Try to do a report on one of Ferriola's Wild Bunch, Gerry Scarpelli. Ratted out guys, then tried to take it back. They said it was suicide just a few days before judge (Zagel?) would rule on the retraction. Question: If he suffocated with a garbage bag around his head, why would he need to tie his hands behind his back? And, if he tied his hands first, how in the hell could he wrap a bag over his head??!!
This guy had an assisted "suicide." Wasn't The German at the MCC downtown at the same time? Hmmm.
