Yin deficiency can’t be that easy to fix, taking a multivitamin and eating those foods. My acupuncturist has been treating me for 10 months and I’m still not better. Is he not a good acupuncturist? Does this take forever to fix. Do I need to change acupuncturist? I would love your point of view.
I really enjoy your videos, I feel you speak to the common woman, and I appreciate all that you do.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a part of this community. I really appreciate your support!
Addressing your concerns about Yin deficiency and the progress of your treatment, it's essential to understand that health is highly individual, and what works for one person may not work for another. Here are a few key points to consider.
Each person's body responds differently to treatments. Yin deficiency can be complex. Healing and restoring balance can take time, especially for conditions that have developed over a long period. Health and healing are deeply personal journeys. What's most important is finding a path that feels right for you and supports your overall well-being.
When it comes to yin deficiency, there are many different aspects of your health that need to be rebuilt from simple to complex. Usually, three years is a good starting point. It's great that you're exploring all the options available and incorporating the approaches that you believe might work best for you.

@@BestAcupunctureLLC ok, great information. I now have a reference point that this could take up to 3 years, maybe longer..who knows. But I appreciate your point of view. 🥰

Yin deficiency - thirsty all the time
Fluid deficiency due to nutrient deficient. Drinking lots of water is no help. Repair yin, take good multivitamin.
Dry skin- take omega 3s - to reduce inflammation, watermelon, cucumbers, celery
If Fatigued- apricots, no processed foods,

Excellent… one of the best analogies I’ve heard for yin deficiency. I receive a lot of energetic wisdom in thinking of my vessel as earthly soil. Thank you❤

this is an important topic your addressing.
but pills (supplements are unregulated in the US anyway - you can't even be sure it is what they say it is)? why not food? real food. many vegetables and many seeds and nuts are high in omega-3s and are much more natural so your body will be more likely to absorb it.

I think you bring up a great point. I didn't go into any detail on why I suggested supplements. I am a huge proponent of clean eating. Yet, there are some complexities with the food supply chain in the U.S. I have a food labeling series under the "Clean eating" playlist that talks about some of the difficulties with food in the U.S. It takes a lot of research to eat clean and healthy. Even though I would prefer to get my nutrition from whole food, I want to be realistic. It is difficult for me to get all the nutrition I need from food alone. If you can't find all of your nutrition in food and are open to supplements, I think you can find an alternative to the US not regulating supplements. There are a few supplement manufacturers that use ISO standards and will test all their lots and will provide analysis on request. If you are using herbal supplements, you can get GMP-certified herbs. Thanks for watching!

These analogies were confusing, especially the movie one. Would be easier without them..

East Asian medicine is complicated and training in classical Chinese medicine uses nature analogies. You might try reading Giovanni Maciocia's book on Foundations of Chinese Medicine. Its more clinical.

Hello, what type of digestive symptoms would a yin deficiency constitution have ? 🙏

Your heartburn happens towards the evening. You can get that burping of acid in your sleep. You also tend to have an insatiable appetite. You desire to eat a lot more than you need. 🙂
