Also good to take note that PNoy's admin priority nya on infra dev't yun PPP (Public-Private Partnership) while PDuts admin is mostly ODA (Official Devt Assistance) kaya mas lumaki yun utang this time. Pero it's fair to say na madaming utang ngaun bcoz of the pandemic. It's a lesson learned that the next admin should focus on inclusive growth for the people, risk reduction projects against health crisis, natural disaster, etc and getting rid of corruption.

Marami pong hindi nakakaintindi ng relationship between GDP and Utang at marami pang ibang terms such as inflation, interest rate, foreign debts etc. Dahil sa ang antas ng edukasyon natin ay mababa lalo sa probinsya ang mga bagay na to ay hindi nasasali sa pag-aaral sa high school so that at an early age maaga nila natututunan on how government policies works in nation building.
