  • Sometimes, we find inspiration for our recipes in unlikely places. For instance, our delectable new Iced Matcha Latte with Lavender Cold Foam recipe was inspired by a Starbucks® sign. You know how it goes-you’re just driving along, you see an advertisement for “Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha,” and your brain immediately goes into DIY mode. You know you can improve on the store-bought version with top-shelf organic ingredients, and you’re off on a new culinary adventure. The tricky bit to figure out with this recipe was the gorgeous, colorful foam on top. The lavender part was straightforward, but lavender infusions don’t come out particularly colorful, so we had to look for an additional herb to get the color-popping effect. Enter butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea)! We think you’re going to love this beautiful, delicious green and blue tea-drinking experience.

Was the lavender foam made with oat milk or with creamer?
