Correct.some of ground staff behaving very badly especially front desk boarding pass issue time, legage weight not adjusting and not support adjest seat number if the pasinger not comfortable for that side and somany points available.

Divya you are right ,but north indian cabin crew front desk staff , ground manager also do partiality against South indians. I have lots of experience with my family . Air India express and indigo from Sharjah. They are very cruel behavior. They never allowed 2kg extra from 3tickets. She is North India no manners. This not our problems. Want change our business policy.

Madam, there are passengers issues in flights which are common all over the world for many reasons. One of the way to lessen this problems is to educate passengers in the departure hall or at the gates before boarding by TV display about the safety of aircraft issues and passengers safety issues in English and regional languages. This will be more informative and effective before they board the aircraft.
