No, it was in Diluc Story when you unlock his Friendship Level, it was a story about his past, when he travel through 7 Nation to look for clue about his father death. He fought against Fatui, and ended up almost got killed by the Eleven Harbinger, an Observer Organization save him from them, Diluc ended up becoming Agent, and after a few years, he come back to Mondstadt.
