Oh my god Thank you so much for part 3!!! This series is very helpful when I’m building dominoes and also to other builders. I’m in love with this series!
I can SO relate to number 2, cause whenever I start and then continue building a domino project (whether it’s a setup or a screenlink) on the table in my room or on the floor in the kitchen, they’re pretty dirty, hairy and uneven in both places. I gotta clean up the dirty parts of the building surface before I start building from now on. Thank you for the tip.
Great Video! I can relate some of these mistakes when I am unaware of my body and building structures at the last, this happened when I was making a setup and at last I was going to make a domino tower and at last 4 dominoes it accidentally toppled and hopefully I had a safety gap so the whole setup didn't fell
That last one is so true. And my dogs are actually scared of dominoes because one time they accidentally knocked down a big wall. And one mistake I make a lot is just not testing my new ideas before putting them in a set up, or just not even practicing building.
Nice video! I relate to the fourth one the most, i'm always accidently knocking stuff over because i'm not paying enough attention to my surroundings lol
Mistake 3 gets me all the time. Yesterday being my most recent. I like the crash of a small to large set, but I also like to build tall structures. Point 5: My pet shrimp toppled one of my dominoes, but that was on purpose! Point 1: I used to build my structures first, and then run out of dominoes. Solution: buy more dominoes 😆 Related to point 3, another mistake I make is not spacing my small to large set properly. This usually gets me when I need to fit it in a small space.
1. I usually build structures first because I want them to be at the back of the setup, so I haven't really had trouble with this. 2. YES! I don't know how many times I've had hair on my floor. Sometimes I say that my hair tends to get in everything I work with, and dominoes are no exception. I hadn't really thought about trying to vacuum the space first because there's always other stuff in my room; I'm not in the habit of cleaning the floor either. 3. My space and domino count isn't really big enough for this to be a problem :( If I'm building a structure, it's probably small enough to be toppled by fieldstarters. 4. Yup. I've knocked things down from time to time just by standing up to leave the setup. Not fun. 5. I don't have any pets aside from a rock, luckily.
I haven't been building for quite some time, but the biggest mistake I made was knocking down a few meters of line while filling in the safety gaps in a hard to reach spot. I couldn't rebuild it all, but I did manage to reconnect the lines that where separated from the rest of the project after I stopped it.
#1: I am very certain that I am not the only one who builds in the direction of the chain reaction i.e. I build the beginning of a setup first and its end at the last lol, guess now I know why that approach isn’t exactly a failproof one. #2: Can defo relate. I used to have a very uneven wooden floor with large cracks as a building surface and it *sucked*. Now that I moved houses, I got a much more even surface though it is noticeably more slippery.. Oh well… #3: The extra weight applied onto the bottom layers of a structure is why I very rarely build rectangular structures. Instead, I often make half-walls or trapezoid walls as one side is easier to topple from the bottom lol. Don’t have SxL sets sadly :( #4: Literally me when a domino flies out of my hand when I move it too fast after grabbing some dominoes and hits a line and topples everything. #5: cant relate :)
The third one just happened for me haha, in one of my most recent vids the last tower didn't topple because the string was not taped to the right domino and it was the only fail in there (*instant regret that i didn't tape it to another domino lol*)
My most common mistake is forgetting that I attached string to a domino and accidentally knocking it down Usually its too light to pull down the structure but other times... It crumbled 😔
I can relate to some of these! At least I didn’t make any of these mistakes in my new video premiering today at 10am EST! (It’s a video with H5 Domino Creations!)
So I have a pet snake so its not a problem other than 3 weeks ago when my friend left the top of his inclouser and he got out and knocked over half of my setup!
I made a special project for my class for the end of the year I was eating my lunch and my cat run through the project and knocked down everything Also It was the third time that I built that project and I was really sad... XD🤣🤗
Darn, that is so true! My oldest daughter got dominoes for her birthday and as she was building stuff together with a nephew of mine, a little 3yo niece comes along and on purpose steps around it and trying to topple it early. They kept telling her "You stay over there!" :D
what other common mistakes did I miss? xD
I have one! "You forgot to make a safety gap."
and some dominoes fall when fans are on this makes me so annoyed u forget to say this lily anyways l am dominodude from India

2:06 SO COMMON
My cat just avoids my dominoes. She just walks right past them

Here I thought there was no way she could have pets! AW!🤩😊

So tire, I do these things all the time! Thank you so much.
Soo true and I love how u prevented your puppy from toplling ur domino's
But like u said be creative

I haven’t watched your new H5 Domino Creations video yet, but I will... VERY soon.
I think you can add that you should not keep the domino's to close to each other because it will not fall
Imagine getting heart and comment by H5
Hi
So I have a pet snake so its not a problem other than 3 weeks ago when my friend left the top of his inclouser and he got out and knocked over half of my setup!
i Have about 192 wooden dominoes bruh🤣🤣
I make these mistakes too😂
I made a special project for my class for the end of the year I was eating my lunch and my cat run through the project and knocked down everything
Also It was the third time that I built that project and I was really sad... XD🤣🤗
Lily i made a tower from the floor to the roof and my cat knocked down my structure can u help me ?
Do you know move thing with out using your hands omg 😱
Can you please do another tutorial?
I aiovd that mistakes
Fan
Me me i actually hit my structure on the bottom and my body is too close to my tall octotower TIP: always check your project before you complete it
I have spaced sideways dominos too far apart
My cat “finny” knocked over a wall designed as a sunset wall, and I was on the phone with another builder and they saw the whole thing
XD 🐈🐱🐾🐾
oh noo! 😅 well if anything, another domino builder would get it
But if what if you want the dog to knock it over
You can also fall on dominoes!😢😮
Having small children around is as risky as pets. 😊
Darn, that is so true! My oldest daughter got dominoes for her birthday and as she was building stuff together with a nephew of mine, a little 3yo niece comes along and on purpose steps around it and trying to topple it early. They kept telling her "You stay over there!" :D
A mistake is that you are building the sonimod trick wrong.
O
Notice me I just turn into a domino builder
great!
Hmm. Having a dog might be a bad idea then...
I am slow
I have no idea why the dominoes look like oily chicken breast
Oily chicken breast
Make some domino challenge video

:)
:D
