But Bachira isn’t the main character I suppose so they let Rin score for an extra character moment between Rin and Isagi.

Subtitle person probably got that promotion everyone was wishing on him for a good job. Too bad their replacement didn't pay attention in during training.
One thing that I absolutely love about Blue Lock is the fact that the main characters can lose whenever. Most other sports anime are focused on tournaments, so the MCs can only lose a set number of times.

Poor guys, Chigiri, Nagi and Barou played too good, they should have won, but it's true that Rin's team are monsters. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with them, I hope we see the game that catapults them to where Isagi is.
Unfortunately you want see any more 4v4 matches. The next game is the newly formed team of isagi and rin vs 5 world class players and then after that you see the 35 players that advanced to the next stage
I love how no one was thrilled by this outcome. Rin couldn't tell what bachira was doing but Isagi could. Isagi stopped bachira but just happened to give rin the perfect shot. And we as an audience feel underwhelmed that after everything they went through this was how it ended. In the first few minutes of the episode as well. No epic final clash, just a loose ball that rin got lucky with. I totally felt isagis frustration at first but then the rest of the episode was masterfully written and I totally came round on the thing. The show is just on a whole other level compared to other sports anime, I might even prefer it to my beloved haikyuu

Maybe he would have thought Rin had given him everything he had to offer and Bachira was a better pick as they could grow stronger together. Rin picked Isagi because Isagi beat him and he only lost because of luck. So he picks him to get his revenge in the future. Had Isagi won, there was no point in beating Rin and no further weapon to devour.
I think that after his awakening at the end of the match, Isagi would pick Bachira, not because he is better than Rin,, rather because Bachira showed his evolution and became a true monster.

But for people who dont get to watch it that fast, posting the videos with these thumbnails and titles that give away what happens in the episode are just massive spoilers. U cant say its their fault for not watching it sooner, cuz if they went on youtube for an entirely different reason and then see this video in the top of their feed (this has happened to me and many people i know), it just gives away a crucial part of what happens in the episode. It's frustrating. In my opinion, clips from episodes that aired the same day should be posted AT LEAST a day later. Hard facts. I got on youtube today just to look up something for a game I was playing and at the top of my feed this was just here cooling. Just a quick glance at the title I knew instantly, “welp looks like they lose,thanks crunchyroll”. They don’t even try to hide it, they could’ve easily used a title like the, “final selection” to maybe make it a bit vague, though they would need to change that thumbnail ,but instead they literally just spoiled who won, because everyone knows whoever is picking their team won.

Just got back from work. I open up RUclips just to see an episode of gmm and get spoiled by title and thumbnail. Oh I’m not even following Crunchyroll. I looked at a Dragonball highlight like last week and this got recommended to me. Ruined my day
