That Bayle fight was _incredible._ With their NPC lifesteal grab, I'd've loved to have seen them fight Leda's entire crew, since thats technically also a boss fight. (I can only imagine how many NPC-types they could fight at once and still win thanks to that insane attack).
Once the elite company of bodyguards that accompanied Godwyn during his lifetime, the Death Knights have quested to find their master's cadaver surrogate, showing their undying loyalty to the now Prince of Death. Their armor enhances spells and skills utilized by the Ancient Dragon Cult.
Two things I realized: 1. How come we don't get that badass cape with the Death Knight set?! 2. I honestly would have preferred this duo as a spirit summon over Jolan + Anna.
We def were! Same with the, Death Poker how it glows constantly, but we can ONLY make it glow when we use it's, AoW 🙄 Hidetaki Miyazaki. You need to fix this in a new patch, or update! 🤣(Seriously though)
The double knights lightning attack from twin axe knight must have some insane stance damage Like every time he used it the Jagged Peak Drake went down
Definitely not a random placement (there's lore videos on it), and also not just a cave. Those are really dope handcrafted dungeons, among the coolest in the game.
@@UhOhlookitzMeE grabs usually work only against an npc's and players, if you want them to work against bosses you need to enable some kind of a special mod that allows it to work
It seems the boss dialogue triggers when an NPC marked as hostile dies in their arena. I wonder if the programming was easier than attaching the dialogue check to the boss themselves.
Looking at their grab attack it appears that death knights can fly a bit so does that mean that godwyn could fly too? Crucible knights and black knights can fly too, i wonder who teached them how to use this spells, because i don't remember seeing Godfrey or messmer flying like that

Bayle is just so evil that his hatred and spite just exist as fundamental parts of himself, and his greed and lust for power are the consequences.
For real. Bayle and Placi only get serious once their hp hits -5%. Dunno why he was missing so much though. Normally his entire body is a hitbox no matter the attack.

Elden ring Death Knights (Elden ring) vs Cathedral Knights (Dark Souls 3)? (Note: The big-sword cathedral knight still scares me, but the sword is cool)
It's a shame Elden Ring doesn't have one sword to compare with the UGS from Dark Souls 3. Cathedral Knight, Lothric Knight swords are better, and even the Greatsword had a better moveset in DS3.
The Lothric Knight Greatsword is a monster, I like her a lot besides the Cathedral Knights Greatsword, Lorian's Sword, Hollowslayer, Astora Greatsword and Profaned Greatsword of course there are cool swords in Elden Ring but I think that in terms of greatsword dark souls 3 is better.
It's funny. When DS3 released, everyone called the UGS class useless trash that couldn't compare to those of the previous games. Now everyone is glazing them. Nostalgia bias is a hell of a drug. The Royal Greatsword, Fire Knight Greatsword, Meteoric Ore Greatsword, Zweihander, Greatsword, Watchdog Greatsword, Ruins Greatsword, Godslayer Greatsword and Maliketh's Black Blade are all peak. Even the Grafted Greatsword is pretty good early game, just lacking in reach. And Radahn's Greatswords (the new ones) are solid asf too.
@@TheStraightestWhitest What I hate is the movesets. Lothric Knight's UGS you could 1 hand and have horizontal light and overhead heavy. 2 Handed gave you horizontal light but thrust heavy. I HATE crouch pokes. The Greatsword had a vertical as well as horizontal moveset to it as well. In ER it's all horizontal, not counting jumps and crouching of course. ER is all about ashes of war, the vanilla movesets blow.
