Bro I can’t believe it worked 😳 I have hated tampons all my life because no matter what I feel them 24/7. So uncomfortable and painful. this... I can’t feel shit!
You'll always be able to remove the discs, they're much easier to use than they may seem. If you are unsure, you can always discuss this with a parent/trusted guardian or your doctor. 🙂
@Natalie when I was your age I had to change my tampon and pad every hour, it was embarrassing. I just ordered flex. I think period products can be scary at your age, but I agree with the above comment, discuss it with your mom or another adult female. I think you can learn how to use it without problems :)
So, I tried it today. I felt it was pretty easy to slide into place. I wouldn’t say I couldn’t feel it, maybe it’s a mental thing just knowing it’s there 🤷🏽♀️. Getting it out though, that was a time. That thing is up there! It took me a minute to, get a grip on it. But after a couple minutes of re-enacting taking a poop, I was able to get it out. It isdefinitely worth the comfort of 12 hours, I’ll put another in tomorrow 💜
Just used it for the first time today! Was in a rush when inserting but I was so surprised with how easy it went in and you really can’t fill anything once it’s fully in. I just removed it and I was mostly nervous about this part 😂 but I used the advice from the video and it came out super easy. Overall I’m pleasantly surprised and happy!
I thought I wasn’t going to be able to push it in far enough because I have small hands lol. I got it on the first try and I don’t feel anything! Thanks to this awesome video! Thank you!
I’ve been having some trouble. But I’m only willing to keep trying because the flex company has been so helpful. Hopefully I get it right bc it helps so much with my cramps🤞🏽
I just got some and they’re great! Easy to put in and out although taking them out takes some getting used to. My periods are extremely heavy though, so on the first two days of my period they only last about 5 hours- which is more than double what a tampon lasts me on my heaviest day, so I’ll take it! Great product!
I just used one for the first time today. Very comfortable and easier to insert than I thought. When it came time to remove it I got nervous and thought it was stuck but after watching the video realized I wasn't pushing on my pelvic floor. It was so easy to remove too. Today was a lighter day though so I'm eager to try it during my heavier flows. Great product!
Soooo I just put this in. Soooo much easier than I was thinking it was going to be! It just went right in and it's like it knew what to do! Didn't hurt at all and I cannot feel anything! So excited about this!!
Trying my first one today! I still put a pad on for training purposes in the case I didn't get it all the way in, but this might be a game changer if it works out!
I used this for the first time last night and for the first half of the night no leaks not until after i went to the bathroom but still better than what i usually have to deal with wearing two pads because the blood will run down my crack and still somehow getting on my underwear. This is helping me sleep comfortably without worry.
Lol so I tried this and the 1st disc I leaked , but had and pad and I put it in wrong due to still feeling it coming out.. 2nd day I squatted and pushed down all the way back and I haven’t really leaked at all just a small drop and had it in for 12hours... 🙌🏽💯 best thing my mom got me ... Thank you for this invention 🤘🏽💯💕
I just ordered my first 2 month supply of flex disc and I’m so excited. I’ve been using a diva cup. But have issues with them leaking. I really hope the flex disc is better. I’ve heard such good things about them. I can’t wait to try them out

Flex is THE holy grail product that I cannot live without!! I feel like I am not even on my period with Flex. Just put it in and tuck then live life as normal. I will never use pads or tampons again. Thank you so much for creating this product!!! I love you Flex!!!😍
Welp... I finally hit the bullet and bought a pack of flex discs... I’ve used a cup for over a year and firmly believe the hype is bunk! It’s not a question of leaking at all when I wear one, it’s when and how much! ... I’m very slow to believe I won’t feel anything at all with the disc, but I definitely look forward to being proven dead wrong otherwise. :p
From my experience this product is good, I just don’t want to use tampons anymore for multiple reasons. It leaks a very small amount so it’d be smart to wear a liner on the heavy days. But it definitely 100% doesn’t make sex mess free and it doesn’t help with my cramps. Again this is just my experience it seems many people in the comments got these benefits :)

Ok so I gave these a fair try... the application was super easy, just like a tampon. However, it kept slipping out of place during the day. On the second day I was skeptical to try them again because I had to work. Unfortunately, it slipped out of place halfway through my shift and there was a bloodbath. Definitely try these out at home before using at work. (I have never been pregnant and I have a tilted uterus if that info helps anyone)
I love it and all, I’ve been doing everything right but I keep having leaks when I go to wipe after wearing it for about 6-7 hrs and my flow isn’t heavy... what am I doing wrong?
If your disc leaks when you use the restroom that's totally normal and nothing to worry about. It may shift out of place since you'll be putting pressure on the pelvic floor but pops right back into place when you're done. If it feels like it hasn't gone back into place, you can use a clean finger to adjust it. You can also reach out to our awesome Customer Experience team at hello@flexfits.com if you have any additional questions. They're happy to help! 🙂
I wish that these were the instructions that were actually in the package. It says nothing about the downward angle or using your thumb and that made a huge difference. I wasted several discs and had so many leaks before I was forced to look it up on the internet instead of Reading what was in the package.
Most of our users have a tilted cervix one way or another so there's a great chance it could work for you! We worked hard to be as inclusive as possible for all types of anatomies. 🙂
I can't figure it ouuuuuuuuut! I don't want to give up because it helps so much with cramps and bleeding but it's still not in the right place I'm getting so frustrated like it won't go any further it keeps coming back out :(

I really want to try it, but scared of it getting lost inside me.. How far would you say a finger needs to be inserted to reach it? The video made it look like up to your knuckles 😰
So sorry to hear you are struggling! There can be a bit of a learning curve, but I promise it gets easier with practice! Please reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com, we would love to share insertion tips with you!
Removal is so much easier than it may seem! When 12hrs are up, just bear down a bit on your pelvic floor, then with a clean finger, you'll hook the rim and pull the disc out. Your discs will come with tons of instructions, but if you have any additional questions you can always reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com we're always happy to chat! 😊

I just bought some today never used any type of cups or discs before. But after you insert it and you stick your finger back in are you suppose to fill the rim at all or are you suppose to fill nothing?
I'm kinda scared to use it because I can barely get a tampon in so I'm actually kind of scared to try it like I want to but I'm too scared and then I don't know if I'll be able to get it out
Hi Zyan, we totally understand and these are all normal feelings to have towards something new! Reach out to our FLEXperts, because they love chatting with new users. They'll be able to answer all your questions.😃
It might! If your disc leaks when you use the restroom that's totally normal and nothing to worry about. It may push partway out when you relax your pelvic floor but pops right back into place when you're done. If it feels like it hasn't gone back into place, you can use a clean finger to adjust it. 🙂
I used the disk for 2 periods straight and no problems, I loved it. But the rim started to get uncomfortable and the disk wasnt staying put and kept trying to come out. Is something wrong??
So sorry to hear that was your experience! Please reach out to our FLEXperts at hello@flexfits.com and they can help troubleshoot the issues you are having!
With proper insertion, FLEX Discs should be so comfortable that you can't feel them. Anyone who menstruates can use our products. However, they may not be the best for teens who are on the smaller side for their age group. We also recommend our products to those who are comfortable with their bodies since they are internally worn. If you are unsure, you can always chat about this with their doctor. 🙂
It should be positioned directly underneath the cervix. You can try to feel for the cervix first. There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com

Flex Discs do not use suction to keep them in place, however, every IUD is unique; we always recommend chatting with your doctor before trying any of our products as they'll have a better idea of how your IUD is positioned with your anatomy. 🙂 Additionally, most of our users have a tilted uterus one way or another so there's a great chance it could work for you! We worked hard to be as inclusive as possible for all types of anatomies. ❤️

Our products have not been linked to promoting the growth of Staphylococcus Aureus, the bacterium believed to cause Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). TSS is related to tampon absorbency. Since our products collect rather than absorb menstrual fluid, your chances of contracting TSS are significantly lower. As a precaution, you should not exceed the 12hr maximum wear time. If you have ever had TSS we advise you to contact your doctor prior to using any internally worn products.
I use them before and I use the cup in the regular but now it's been 2 days and the disc is leaking my first though it was that maybe it was defective change it and the same thing, now idk what to do :(

I tried this out today and i dont think i put it in right. Poured out all over me while i was at a park. Bathrooms were closed(thanks to covid-19). It was a mess
This is going to sound stupid but I've had two kids and the disk won't stay behind my pubic bone no matter how hard I try, am I doing something wrong or is it because I've had kids?

I just ordered some of these off of Facebook. Now I’m scrambling trying to completey understand what the heck I just got myself into. If you can feel it how do you know it’s in right ??? If it’s not right won’t you have a blood bath??
Deep breaths! We are here for you every step of the way! Please reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com. We would love to share tips and tricks with you so you can feel confident and ready! ✨ ❤️
guys serious question. Is anyone else's fingers just not long enough? Like as a woman I'm getting discouraged because I cant seem to get it behind my pubic bone. Lowkey fisting myself trying to get this to stay back....
Great questions! If it leaks when you use the restroom that's totally normal and nothing to worry about. The disc may shift when you bear down on your pelvic floor, but pops right back into place when you're done. If it feels like it hasn't gone back into place, just use a clean finger and push it back up behind the pubic bone. You can also opt to do a kegel instead - kegels are your friend for inserting the disc and keeping it in place. I recommend doing kegels a few times throughout the day or working out to keep it in place. -- We would love to speak with you at hello@flexfits.com to make sure you aren't having any other issues!
FLEX Disc is a disposable, single-use menstrual disc that can be safely worn for up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, you must remove your FLEX and dispose of the used disc in the waste bin and insert a new one.
It should be comfortable enough that you don't feel it, but you should be able to touch the edge of it sitting behind your pubic bone with your finger. If you have any questions or want tips on insertion and removal, reach out to the Flexperts at hello@flexfits.com so they can assist you! ❤️

I tried one for the first time yesterday and I feel like putting it in and taking it out was easy especially when you bare down while taking it out. It helps alot when pulling it. But I still didn't have it positioned right. After trying twice I just used a tampon cause I needed to leave. I'm going to try another tonight. I really hope I can get the hang of it because even though I'm pretty sure I didn't have it positioned right, it was still more comfortable than a tampon. And that mess free sex is my main goal. 🤣🤣

Is the disc good for someone with a partial prolapse? I think my cup is making it worse.
I can't figure it ouuuuuuuuut! I don't want to give up because it helps so much with cramps and bleeding but it's still not in the right place I'm getting so frustrated like it won't go any further it keeps coming back out :(
Reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com we're always happy to chat about helpful insertion tips! ❤️
i can’t even get it past my first knuckle how am i supposed to get it to my cervix 😩
Hi Brianna! There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com ❤️
I really want to try it, but scared of it getting lost inside me.. How far would you say a finger needs to be inserted to reach it? The video made it look like up to your knuckles 😰
Nothing can get lost in the vagina. It only needs to be inserted about as deep as the length of the index finger. 🙂
I’m still struggling. The video makes it look like it supposed to go much deeper but I can’t push mine in any further. Anybody have any tips?
So sorry to hear you are struggling! There can be a bit of a learning curve, but I promise it gets easier with practice! Please reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com, we would love to share insertion tips with you!
I am excited my mom Just bought some for me the only thing is I am worried about is taking it out.
This is my third month trying to get this insertion down 🤞 hoping I got it right this time...
There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com ❤️
I just bought some today never used any type of cups or discs before. But after you insert it and you stick your finger back in are you suppose to fill the rim at all or are you suppose to fill nothing?
It can depend on your anatomy, some people can feel the rim easily with a finger, and others might have to reach a bit further to feel the rim.
Ok I’m a plus size women and trying this for the first time any tips does it work as easy as it says even for us big girls too
So I tried doing it on the toilet and it would work but always leak so then I tried lifting my leg and putting it helped me alot
I tried it!! I never had sex during my period. Ladies..this thing works 💯!!
Will it loosen if I have to go #2?
It might! If your disc leaks when you use the restroom that's totally normal and nothing to worry about. It may push partway out when you relax your pelvic floor but pops right back into place when you're done. If it feels like it hasn't gone back into place, you can use a clean finger to adjust it. 🙂
Yes. I was having a hard time getting it out but after a BM, I was able to reach it and get it out.
If the Disc comes out a little, just use a clean finger and push it back into the correct place behind your pubic bone 😊
First time trying it idk if I did it right but will see
Can I use this while playing sports (long distance running and sprinting)?
We have a ton of users from surfers, to powerlifters, to yogis (even a few Olympians) who use our products with great success! 💪
Is this for all ages for example can you try when you start your period and dose it hurt because it looks super painful and scary to me
With proper insertion, FLEX Discs should be so comfortable that you can't feel them. Anyone who menstruates can use our products. However, they may not be the best for teens who are on the smaller side for their age group. We also recommend our products to those who are comfortable with their bodies since they are internally worn. If you are unsure, you can always chat about this with their doctor. 🙂
I am STRUGGLING 😕😫😭
Reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com our FLEXperts are always happy to pass along helpful insertion tips.
Has it gotten easier for you? 😟 #WeGottaStickTogether
How do I know if it’s in front of my cervix?
It should be positioned directly underneath the cervix. You can try to feel for the cervix first. There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com
I have been wearing pads for years because I am scared of sticking something up my body but my husband sent me this link and I am interested but I am scared of the desk being stuck up my body is it guaranteed not to get stuck in my body because I will freak out
Hi Amanda! You will always be able to remove the disc. There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com ❤️
How do you take it out though
You reach in with a clean finger, hook the rim of the disc and pull it out slowly! It's easier than you may think!
Can I use this when I'm only spotting?
You can use FLEX discs on the lightest of days or the heaviest of flow days. Please reach out to our FLEXperts if you have any other questions hello@flexfits.com!
How do you prevent leaks ? Or a crime scene when getting it out ?
Like with any new product, there is going to be a learning curve, but you can always reach out to our FLEXperts at hello@flexfits.com with any questions you have. They're always happy to pass along tips and tricks! 💗
How does this work with IUD's and will it still work if you have a tilted back uterus?
Flex Discs do not use suction to keep them in place, however, every IUD is unique; we always recommend chatting with your doctor before trying any of our products as they'll have a better idea of how your IUD is positioned with your anatomy. 🙂
Additionally, most of our users have a tilted uterus one way or another so there's a great chance it could work for you! We worked hard to be as inclusive as possible for all types of anatomies. ❤️
I so badly want to try but I'm so scared I won't be able to get it out.

Hi Sia! There is a bit of a learning curve, but we promise it gets easier with practice! We're always happy to chat about insertion and removal tips if you reach out to us at hello@flexfits.com
I'll never buy tampons again this is awesome thank you flex 🥰🤓
What is the risk of TSS with these? I want to try one but the thought of getting TSS scares me.
Can it be used as pregnancy prevention?
Nope! The discs do not protect against pregnancy or STIs 🙂
I use them before and I use the cup in the regular but now it's been 2 days and the disc is leaking my first though it was that maybe it was defective change it and the same thing, now idk what to do :(
We are sorry to hear that this has been your experience! Please reach out to our Flexperts at hello@flexfits.com so they can pass along tips and tricks! 💗
I tried this out today and i dont think i put it in right. Poured out all over me while i was at a park. Bathrooms were closed(thanks to covid-19). It was a mess
So sorry to hear that's been your experience. Reach out to our FLEXperts at hello@flexfits.com they're always happy to pass along tips and tricks! 💗
This is going to sound stupid but I've had two kids and the disk won't stay behind my pubic bone no matter how hard I try, am I doing something wrong or is it because I've had kids?
We are sorry to hear that this has been your experience! Like with any new product, there is going to be a learning curve, but you can always reach out to our FLEXperts at hello@flexfits.com with any questions you have. Nothing is TMI here at Flex.

So sorry to hear that's been your experience! Reach out to our FLEXperts at hello@flexfits.com and they can walk you through step by step! 💚
Did everyone use there thumb??
guys serious question. Is anyone else's fingers just not long enough? Like as a woman I'm getting discouraged because I cant seem to get it behind my pubic bone. Lowkey fisting myself trying to get this to stay back....
So sorry to hear that's been your experience. Reach out to our Flexperts at hello@flexfits.com they're always happy to pass along tips and tricks! 💗
Soooo I have to wear a panty liner with mine. Am I inserting it wrong? When you pee is there supposed to be blood? Confused
Why did I get an ad for this I’m a dude 😂😂😂
So you can educate yourself
For your girl
Always good to learn lmao
Is it reiusable?
FLEX Disc is a disposable, single-use menstrual disc that can be safely worn for up to 12 hours.
After 12 hours, you must remove your FLEX and dispose of the used disc in the waste bin and insert a new one.
Okay not sure I put it in allll the way but I cant feel it lol. Like literally can’t feel it nor find it 😂 But we’ll see how this goes now 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
It should be comfortable enough that you don't feel it, but you should be able to touch the edge of it sitting behind your pubic bone with your finger.

@@TheFlexCompany thanks so much for the reply! I feel my main obstacle is learning my body and understanding exactly how it works down there and being confident I have it placed correctly. I'm definitely not giving up, I will keep trying until I get it right!
Is there an age requirement? Cause I'm 12 and I really wanna use this
