A nice tip to mark stitches in small pieces is using a thread of yarn to do it (I recommend using a contrasting color and and a lighter weight yarn than the one you're using in your project, I usually use the ones meant for embroidery), just pass the yarn over the stitch of the last roud before you make the stitch in your new round, this way the thread is attached to the piece and you know where are all the beginings of your rounds, when you finish the piece, just pull the piece of thread carefully and it will come off leaving no marks.

I use the starting tail as a stitch marker just because I'm lazy and I don't really want to get up from the table to get one. But I used to use a different color yarn.

That's awesome! I am so happy she enjoyed crocheting this pattern. I always try to make the explanations as simple as possible, so it really makes me happy that she can follow them. I still haven't created outfits for this doll base. I am planning to, as soon as heal 100% I will be back making tutorials like outfits, hair, and accessories for example.

Hi! This is beautiful and really easy to follow through as a complete beginner, but may I ask how do I make the doll bigger? Like if I wanted to make the doll a bigger size what should I do? Hey sweetheart! First of all, I am so glad that you liked this tutorial! Thank you very very much! You can always modify the pattern to be the size that you want it to have, but it is not an easy explanation to be written here. There are several aspects to be considered to increase the rounds in a way that the whole body of the doll is still in the same proportion. I would say that for now, as a beginner, the easiest way is to change the yarn and the crochet hook.

If you counted the rounds correctly, maybe it is crochet tension. Depending on your tension, crochet pieces can be a bit smaller or bigger, it is completely normal. But usually the difference between the pieces is not that much 😘

There are sooo many different ways to do it!🤣 I wanted to share this body base, so people could explore their creative and create their own dolls. @Crocheniacs Thank you so much , I made Only a few dolls And the way I put her on was to crochet. In the front loop only on the top part of the head and then crochet the hair on the back loops of those. So I haven't learned any other way put on hair.

Sobre o vídeo em português eu só perguntei porque eu vi alguns vídeos em português no canal, mas como tinha reparado que eles eram mais antigos eu fiquei na dúvida se você ainda fazia, ou só os em inglês, eu conheci o canal faz pouco tempo e estou amando, você explica muito bem.
