But it said 1/16th of a turn though... Thanks for the video. I just bought a used HRR216 off craigs list for $50. It ran like crap. I basically did everything you showed, but also replaced the carburetor. Less than $100 later, I have basically a brand new Honda mower.
Good video! One thing bugged me: You may not be confident with the sound of your own voice, but the computerized text to speech sounds just awful! Please have a real person narrate. I would even volunteer to do it for you. Thanks!
irony of ironies, you don't use gloves for protection because you are skilful and don't make mistakes, yet you use a torque wrench. How's that for an instruction video? Oh dear, oh dear! Even though you really have screwed up health and safety, it's still an informative video.
Do you mean "only intelligent people who don't want to permanently injure their hands wear gloves" while working on any kind of machinery? Because the version you posted is stupid, bad advice that will get people hurt.
What could have been a good video is let down by not wearing gloves, not cleaning deck when blade is off, putting dipstick back when no oil in the thing., not showing it cutting grass and using a cyborg to narrate, otherwise great!
I bought my Honda mower about 15 years ago and one carburettor service later it still runs beautifully .... Thanks Guys.
Instructions were crystal clear. Tks
Super kind of you to offer this great video. Wish you well.
Love the servics tag, I do that with all my stuff, including house stuff.
I suggest many people to buy a quality labeler.
Great video for Spring maintenance. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.
Thanks!
Art Hanlin The Home Depot carries everything you need I just tuned my Honda mower up today in total I spent about $50

Should clean under deck on a regular basis, helps with air movement as well.
It makes the discharge of cut grass clippings more efficient!
Thanks mate, good vid, wish I`d seen it sooner ;-)
Nice lectures. 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for your HELP
"only pansies wear gloves" gave me a much needed chuckle

Jonathan too late now
And mute your breathing. I don’t get how you can be breathing so hard lmao. Great video but that was annoying.
Step 7 you forgot to clean/scrape the deck😁
Thank You!
Good video, but I would be compelled to clean everything off while easily accessible.
Whats a good place to get parts from?
Eddie3074 it’s different every year. i check amazon first, then google the part numbers to get the best price.
Wall mart
should the blades be perfectly in line? i thought they should be offset
Rene Castillo absolutely NOT!
How often should I change the oil?
once a year. best before you store it away for the winter.
YOU SHOULD HAVE CLEANED THE UNDER THE DECK WHEN THE BLADES WERE OFF.
(~):-}
Always grateful, not dead yet.
What the hell is this computer voice? The whole reason I followed you was for your cool accent, bro!
Sorry man, that was a few years ago and i had a bad cold, couldn't talk good at the time.
clean the damn mower. and as soon as you drain the oil refill it so you don't forget, can be a very expensive mistake on a customers Honda mower.
Your voice sounds funny
Good
anyone who needs to be told to turn the fuel line off probably ain't going to be doing this work
For a moment I thought the voice-over was Stephen Hawking's... May he R.I.P.
HaHaHaHa Good One! And I agree.

Please some one tell me how to replace the tension spring, where is the other side of the spring hook to?
It hooks to a plate that slides into a rectangular opening.
Wow, that mower has two blades!?
MULCHING BLADES
I have that exact mower and mine only has one blade
ROFL ... only pansy wear gloves .... hahahaha

Can’t see the point of all that, and leave all the crap on the belt cover and underneath. Clean it all off😡
clean it to make space for new dirt?
😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
that same damm computer generated voice from a script... turn this off and get one with a human being telling you what to do

Thanks for the view
I think the video is great. Thank you for taking the time to make it! I learned a lot!
