    It would be better to fill the cookies with mix of nuts and sugar not flour.

    I tried it for nouruz a while back and it tasted amazing!! I just had why too much filling left (no problem tho) and
    the cookies were a bit hard. Does anyone know how to get them to be softer? ♡♡♡♡

    Hello, I love your recipes but one would equivalence in the quantities of ingredients in grams? because in France we always talk in Gram and the concept of cup is not clear, especially for butter;)

    You don't have to use the same wooden piece, any thing with pattern can do or make you own design. to Mr Iran High saying that we should write in Farsi, this would be a great motivation for you to learn English,you would like it,just try.trust me is not as hard as it looks.

    this is achristian ashory food and its called kadi but they cook the flour and add sugar with cardmom and rose water no safaron and its is really teasty pls can you answer alot if people asked for the wooden stamper but no answer can we get that in london from iranian shop pls.

    There should be crushed walnut inside the cookie I don't know from which part of Iran this cookie was 🤔🤔

      really? I watched another video that was saying to let it rest for 2hrs and mix the base and other powders, she also added milk (but no yogurt) and also 'Khamir Torsh' (which i have no idea what that is ,lool)
