That last sentence had the same vibe as when you don't want to mess up the punchline to a joke, so much that you accidentally skip half of the build up and just stand there awkwardly as they look at you confused.
BDG's own videos have a history of starting goofy and then one line veers them into full on horror. If this was a full video of his, that would be that line.

every time i watch this (which has been a lot), i am blown away by their comedic intuition to just both stay silent after brian asks what it does. like caitlin could for sure have jumped in with something there but they both knew it would be way funnier to not say anything then, which is incredible improv technique, especially for two people who (as far as i know) have never worked together before. just bravo, i loved them in this episode, and as someone who's a fan of them both, i would love to see them work together in future 👏👏

The hypothetical trainees now not only don’t know concretely what the company does, they’ve been further confused by being introduced to a piece of tech they’ve been given no real details on, or trained on how to sell. The 2000 Viper would be the main product being sold, its supposed proprietary technology redacted in most documents that surface level employees get to move around. Labs are in undisclosed locations, with workers there living in the same houses the 2000 Viper is installed. Only those in the highest level of corporate know what it does, and why they are being installed in every home in America.

Its an outdoor security lights and camera system.
"We take care of you and the surrounding families" indicates that the cameras are mounted outside in the farside of your house and will record and turn on floodlights if they detect too much motion in the dark. A large van or two just means that extra people will arrive for faster installation. You sleep at 11PM because the guys are outside calibrating the thing and need the most amount of darkness. And they install the server itself indoors, which is where the cameras transmit their feed to.
