If it's a strong enough argument that remains to be seen but otherwise you could sic the SEC on them. I believe there are similar rules in the UK and in EU. You can easily look this up. SEC itself provides a pdf on what constitutes a real financial advisor. I'd post more info on this but I'm not sure how to put it in a form short enough for a RUclips comment.

There are many crypto projects with anonymous teams behind them and no solid use case or reason to exist, in that case you'd definitely be gambling. There's a massive difference between something like XRP and a random meme shitcoin.

You’ll have channels that tell you to go all in on a crypto or stock, only to post a “not financial advice” disclaimer at the bottom where they basically say they don’t know what they’re talking about and you shouldn’t listen to them.

You could definitely call purchasing ETH and ADA investing. There are many crypto projects with anonymous teams behind them and no solid use case or reason to exist, in that case you'd definitely be gambling. There's a massive difference between something like XRP and a random meme shitcoin.
