Carnac crays 20231202 crays and whitting fishing

Got Corey a cray license last night so went out today to drop his pot and pull mine. The big Cray came in at 1.3kg and the rest were all well over sized, 5kg of Cray’s for the day. Afterwards we went fishing for whiting and also tried to get Corey hooked up on a gummy shark. We caught something big on the big rod, I didn’t realize when it hooked up that I was already recording so missed the action as I stopped it to record Corey. Hooks were bitten off on 80 pound leader. I also caught a ray on my light rod 3-5kgs nice day on the water. Cray legs for lunch and Cray’s for dinner tonight.
