Can you expand on that 80 20 n recycle it n recycle it concept it went over my head... I understand that putting down 20% to by property to get best deal from bank but the 80% n recycle concept... Which i didn't get even a bit
This was the rule back when I started investing. It’s would be comparable now to buying a property at 65% of value and putting down a deposit to then be able to recycle that same deposit again for the next purchase.
