You learned a lot from this experience and shared it with others in the community. Keep up the good work. If you find the time to put out more videos, I'm sure people will find the time to watch them. =]
I really appreciate that! I’m pushing to upload way more often now, still mind blowing seeing people enjoying the videos as much as I enjoy making them 🤯😎
JDM/DSM gang! 😂 I'm excited to be diversifying, although it's ironic because Chrysler and Mitsubishi were DSM at the time and I keep finding similarities to the 2.4's that I'm use to working on 😂 That's awesome! I love Integra's so much especially the GSR, definitely on my list of top cars I need to own 😂 good luck with the project!
I enjoyed this! At the end I guessed it would take me 4 hours to pull an engine, but this guy seems fairly mechanically inclined, oh he thinks 2 hours lets see.. (time lapse).. oh wow that was like an hour and a half!.. so my time is 1hr33 I'm like aww fuck yeah!
Yeah I'm definitely gonna rebuild the old motor if that happens. It better not though lol! The old one might need a crankshaft but that's not the end of the world and it's definitely useable. Either way I'll probably rebuild it and build it for when it's time for a turbo ;)
@@JimmyCruiser_CGE that’s not a bad idea. It’ll be a lot easier doing the crankshaft and new fuel rails and what not to set it up for the turbo since it’s out.
At the start of the video, I thought you washed your car with the top end of your motor exposed and thought a closed hood would be good enough and didn't cover it and got water all in your engine..
😂 Ngl I forgot when I got the washing footage, if it didn't have the top end still on it then it definitely had a bag over it! Water + engine = never good 😂
doing a k-swap right is still real expensive. You don't want to use just any K, need specific ones that have 3-lobe vtec to make real power, and those ones are $$. also a good 1400$+ ontop of that for a stock rsx/tsx/whatever ecu modified to work without immobilizer

Wow. 36k. If actual, that would make all that trouble worth it in my book. You're going to finally come out way ahead.
Honestly! I'm very excited about that

Hahaha I appreciate that! If I keep having issues with the motors I get and I keep having to pull them, I'll get so I can do it in 5 minutes 😂
Well that was a minor setback, but good learning experience
Just a minor one 😂 for real!
If that new neon motor doesn’t switch over and fire up replacing the lifters on that eclipse motor should take care of that rod knock

Finish the PT GT and sell it to me 😆
Never!! 😂 That thing is still my baby. Boy oh boy I can't wait for what I'm about to do to that thing
1st. And could of k swapped it

That would be badass 😂 still contemplating the SRT4 swap idea for someday 🤔
