You can call or send a message to the phone number on website. I can message you a picture of the wire to disconnect. Also I can describe it here. It's the larger looped white wire. The other white wire is much smaller and goes to speed mode selector switch.
To unlock the full 100% you cut the looped white wire. It should be looped and zipped tied If I remember correctly. There's one other white wire but it's much smaller going to the 3 position switch you don't wanna cut that one. You wanna cut the thicker looped one.
