Welcome to our humble abode! I first saw you in Old Watch Ma's video when you visited him in China 😆😆😆 and now you're visiting my unknown country. This world just seem to be getting smaller and smaller each year 😱 I really hope you enjoyed your stay!
The origin of cendol is unclear but its wide spread over all of south east Asia its before the formation of any south east asian countries even Siam/Thai and yes they have their own version of it too. Theres no debate about Nasi lemak it is Malaysian something similar in Indonesia is nasi uduk but the side dish is all different. Nasi ayam (chicken rice) is originally from Hainan china brought by Chinese immigrants but the malays made halal version of it.
@@mr3111 I figured Nasi lemak is basically Malaysia since it’s the national dish of Malaysia. Learned something new about cendol and Nasi Ayam! Thank you!
You should have tried the Ambuyat nonetheless. We always tell our visitors that it doesn't really count if you come to Brunei and you didn't try Ambuyat. Shouldn't have listened to someone who doesn't enjoy it in the first place 😆 Also, I've introduced it to a lot of foreigners and they mostly enjoyed it.
The Bruneian person who brought you could have been more informative about the history and culture of the places you went to. Truly a missed opportunity to further educate the outside world on Brunei, such a shame. Glad you had a nice time though!
@@WaleedTravels yes..he prayed at upstair escalator inside mosque..so many people on that time..waving jemaah after praying..Bruneian people love Palestinian people🇧🇳🇵🇸

Nice, PROTIP, you can put prices in $ Brunei dollars, MYR, and USD. People love to see what stuff costs..like the drinks.

I agree. I was surprised at the decision not to experience Ambuyat due to personal preference. Should've let him decide on his own.
