Hi! I'm back again. I just wanna ask, is it possible to play this as fast with just fingers? I'm not use to using a pick. I play 90% of the time with fingerpicking & when i try to go fast especially at 0:39 going up the scale i couldn't do it. It seems almost impossible at 100%. So far i can only get around 70%. Frustrating 😣
@@mrhan88 it’s happens over time. Keep doing it you’re gonna feel like oh nothings happening. But in really this lick is making you better at guitar and you can actually do it overtime. Funny thing is I know you know how to do it know because it’s been 2 months so 🤷🏾♀️ look back at your comment 😂

Such a long solo, it's crazy to think kirk improvised it all in the studio without making a single mistake, and to think that there was more to this solo that was cut out by the producer because the solo was too lengthy...
I play the bends of this lick with up pickings (except the first bend with a down picking). Then it's down on the E string, up on the B, pull off and up again on the G string for the bend.
@@ptj767 that’s how it is sometimes. Good to take your time, I played it like crazy for 5 days and now I have to keep backtracking since I’m finding new mistakes in my technique.
I play the first bend with a down picking. Then I do down up pull-off up, down up pull-off up, etc... The strings can be mute by the right hand touching them.
@@StephLeGratteuxI’m the same guy on a different account, ok so I’ll show you’re where the mistakes were, So firstly at 0:49 after the bend on 9g it goes straight into hitting the 2 notes together afterwards, you hit 7g alone and then made it 2 notes in the middle, also at 1:27 on the upcoming parts like 1:28 - 1:29 you’re doing more pull offs than there are on the record, and 1:29 the 7D is supposed to be hit twice at the same time, so 7D 7D again, and then 9D to 7D pull off, and then yeah and then A string 9,8,7 slide 5, 7,5 pull off which you did correctly. And also at 1:33 after we climb all the way down to the E string, you did 11 E twice and then pull off from 15e to 11e, in reality the 111 E is supposed to be hit once, and then hit the 15 E twice, the first 15e we hold that note, and then for the second one ( 15 e again ) you pull off to 11E after that. So I was talking about the last few notes at the end of the solo, it’s not to turn you down or anything, you’re by far the second most accurate fade to black tab on RUclips, you did really well but I just wanted you to know these 2,3 mistakes, good job overall. 50% speed 4:37 Also at 1:30 9,8,7 to 5 is not a slide. You actually hit the note. Also 1:28 g 9 to 7 is not a pull off. You’re supposed to pick the note

I don't seem to quite get the motion of 0:24, this whole bend pull of jerking around but at the same time looks like arpeggiated picking, weird.
