Another really good spot in Plunder is at the top of the tall tower in Zaravan City where Dokkaebi spawns in MWZ. Got half the Mimic skulls I needed in one match just from looting that building, the ones right around it, then doing it again once the restock hit. Also thanks for posting this because I probably wouldn't have bothered to finish it in MP/Zombies, this was way easier.
I think the reason folk are upset with the "cursed ammo" is that they couldve quite easily given us the actual cursed box skin we had in the haunting event, but instead it was just a slightly different looking box.
Its an absolutely useless reward; I’m not going to go prone, just to see details when I use this. However, thank you Lego for this recommendation, now I can quickly grind the Mimic skulls to finish out the event for the Operator skin (NOT the useless Cursed Ammo)… 🤘🏻🤘🏻
If anybody curious... Multiplayer > Hordepoint: Shotguns I think will kill the Mimics quicker. Zombies: Tier 2 (3 unless you're insane) Infested Strongholds, 2-3 Mimics per Stronghold. Tier 1 Strongholds has a chance of having 1 Mimic. Warzone > Plunder: Act like a pirate and just LOOT.
Too bad none of the cosmetics for equipment can be used in zombies anyways. What a joke considering you could use all the throwing knives and grenades in the beginning of Mwz then they just removed all of them
I really hate that I'd have to play Warzone to get the skulls... For Zombies I'm sure that they can change the Exfils with ease or the map. Have the Exfils spawn Mimics instead of Manglers for the remainder of this event. Have Mimics roam the map kinda like Manglers you might come across.
Still the warzone is the easiest one by far just like the video play plunder and loot every building especially the ones that are far away from normal players to go kill or loot. In 5 matches i got the mimics reward by just looting. I got like 30-50 per match of mimics skulls.

Instead, "to make the event easier" to complete, the devs are pretty much forcing you to play warzone or some kind of mp mode since the drop rate is higher. Not sure why they're so big on getting people to play warzone but it's annoying af already
I think it's amazing you can get 70+ more mimic skulls in PvP in 1/4 of the time than you can get actually playing Zombies where the creature is based off of. Well played CoD, well played.

And I completed this yesterday and if I knew this method I wouldn’t have rekindled my love for multiplayer lol I’m strictly a zombie player but jumping back into multiplayer and trying to readjust to killing people as opposed to zombies was blood boiling but fun lol, my zombie gun build although a menace in zombies useless in multiplayer so just retweaking them to get my blood pressure up to kill those taking my mimic kills was more fun and watching the opposing team running from zombies past me was hilarious
Same here. I will say tho the game was giving love 14 hvt tier oneast night 13/14 were mimics. Usually its more Manglaers. I’ve got 46 to go. Plunder mY be my choice.
The op skin was great and actually an item worth getting I was excited about the cursed ammo I thought it would have diff ammo when you used the ammo box but it’s a skin which is fine. I do with they’d do more items worth getting like this skin
regret grinding for this op skin. i didnt play the right mode either so it took forever. skin is too bright red, thought it would be darker and skinnier
Played like 2 matches of resurgence with a friend who didn't know the event was a thing, and just when Iw as going to tell him how to progress, he had already finished the event 😂😂😂
What red handed skin were you using trough the whole video? And do you use karambit in battle royale as a part of your loadout or you can pull it out somehow as a melee?
Yeah I have been trying to get this video out for a few days but wanted to fully test each mode before posting. I grinded all 200 mimic skulls in zombies on 1 account then grinded others accounts in plunder. Sometimes the testing takes a while so the video takes a few days to get out.
It would be super cool if they did not make it so you cannot use the carry forward equipment blueprints in zombies. It's ridiculous because I could use all my throwing knives and my wumpa grenades when the game launched. Now they removed all of it
Personally, I don't care about the cursed ammo reward but I do agree that it could've been something else instead. It didn't need to be anything crazy just better.
i don't like it because i thought they were introducing a new field upgrade to the zombies community that you could power up your field upgrade and then throw out a ammo box at your location that you were at to reup on lethals, tacticals, and ammo for your weapons
Hordepoint isn't that bad of grind as he makes it. The gamemode as of now spawns all three skulls as long as you don't die spawn camping the zombies and choose a small to medium map you can get a a lot of skulls. Also they boosted the skulls to 2x when you pick them up due to servers being down yesterday. The other day is was about 20 mimic skulls in 45 minutes with some bad gameplay on my part after they fixed the servers I played another 30 to 45 minutes and was a lot better at camping zombies and I'm now have at least 60 mimic skulls, and plus dogs and Armored zombies spawn more per match (theses are the only two times I've played since the mimic challenge unlocked).
It's not bad but if you compare it to Plunder it's just not worth it unless you just really enjoy playing hordepoint. You said you could get 20 mimic skulls in 45 minutes. You could do all 200 mimic skulls in plunder in that same amount of time. Making it x10 faster.
@@LegoUnlocked I also stated that I was playing badly and kept getting constantly killed by the enemy team every game so I could do about 2 or 3 times more if I was better at the game. Also the map matters in hoardpoint because the big ones feel like it takes forever to run to the zombies spawn.
We tried this for farming you do get mimic but it's not really worth waiting to the end of the game for the spawns. We were only getting 10ish mimics each time.

Like, the dogs of hell says calling card right on it, why does the cursed ammo say nothing? These devs need some common sense. Same with the fact that we can’t track camo progress in game. We can’t trust there glitchy challenges are working so it would be nice to see if they were or not

Kinda disappointed with the cursed ammo. I thought it was gonna be a cool zombies exclusive ammo type unlock thats like the extinction cryptid slayer ammo type where all of them are in one ammo type! Wouldve been op but thats what zombies is! Becoming extremely overpowered and annihilating zombies!

I was getting 15-25 mimics every 8 minutes a match on Hordpoint. Took only a couple hours. Team share skulls not just who picks it up.
Also I would’ve loved a mimic skin for weapons.

I did it in multiplayer with a Tonfa. I would get maybe 6-7 per match. This is way better! Hopefully others get a chance to do it this way!

The easiest way is in Plunder by far and cash registers also give you bones/skulls, etc even though it doesn’t show

Escort contracts let out a lot of mimics. Do it in tier 3 zone and they show up a lot

For zombies you can do red worm the worm spawns mimics.
