There is so many damn puns they could have picked for the pap name but they picked hole puncher?! Granted that is pretty much what a drill is. I’m disappointed in the lack of creativity but pleased with the power of the weapon.

This stopped being a problem for me when I unlocked tribologist and the slide explosion PHD augments. Now I'm untouchable for the most part. Also I found you have to train differently in this game. Instead of long snakes in big areas, doing smaller circles in smaller areas is better in this game. You just have to constantly slide in and out to avoid new zombies coming into the circle

I feel like they shoulda made it have a unique thing after PAP like they do for other weapons like the GS45. For example a knife would swipe and hit multiple zombies, The bat since it hits overhead would activate a critical hit, the drill would continuously drill (Similar to the jetgun but you have to run at the zombies) but to stop it from being to OP make it so the damage gradually increases the longer it’s drilling a single enemy (Making it great for specials and elites, but bad for crowds of zombies)
I would have preferred a claw hammer then a power drill tbh, but if we are going down the path of stupid i really really hope we get a wipper-snipper (weed wacker or edge trimmer) That could be funnn
you had max armour but your health still hadnt began to regen and with the damage propagation you still went down in the first hit, definitely an awkward mechanic to get used to, but makes it interesting

So... this is just a knife reskin? It doesnt hit particularly faster than the knife, even if it seems like it (animation is just quicker). It doesnt do extra damage and it has no special effect like a drilling move or whatever. Now i'm curious to see the alternate hit in MP though, since the bat has its own thing there too

Even with max armor you still take hp damage. Armor does not prevent dmg to your HP bar. It just reduces the damage you take while armored.
