    Barbell inclined bench press-3×10 (take 2 warmup set 4-5 reps) concentrate failure -10 weight
    Pec dec flies - 3×12
    Parallel bar dips-3×12
    Cable fly standing - 3×12

    2. Incline bench press 3x10(drop set)
    3. Cable bench fly or pec dec fly( overall chest) - 3x12
    4. Chest baar 3x12
