    BalanceOil from ZINZINO is a combination of fish oil and olive oil that raises our level of healthy Omega-3 fats and rebalances the Omega-6:3 ratios in our blood.
    Benefits are attributable to reduced inflammation and improved cellular membrane fluidity. Users experience improved arthritis pain, greater energy and stamina, faster recovery from exercise, fewer headaches, better sleep, and mental clarity.
    That product is BalanceOil from Zinzino. A do-it-yourself blood test is provided. After the test, you take BalanceOil for 120 days and retake the test, which will show how your Omega-6:3 ratios have improved.
    Your link to order:
    www.zinzino.com/2008821426/US...
    Start with the Balance Kit, which includes your blood test and 1st month supply of BalanceOil ($99.00)
    The BalanceOil is then $39/month. A VEGAN option is available which uses algae as a source of Omega-3. BalanceOil PREMIUM is also available with extra polyphenols for $59/month, but otherwise the same as non-vegan BalanceOil. They are both excellent and you can always switch later.
    The recommended dose is based on your body weight. The formula is 0.0136 tsp x body weight (lbs). So for example, if you weight 110 lbs, its 1.5 tsp daily; 150 lbs, its 2.0 tsp daily; 220 lbs, its: 3.0 tsp daily. A small measuring cup is provided.
    Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions.

    I have been taking Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil from a long time and I have survived a couple of MI’S as well as a triple bypass however today I am stronger than when I was in my twenty’s I gulp the oil and do strength as well as HIIT training 5 to 6 days a week then I hike the forested and mountainous terrain at times for 12 miles here in Oregon and olive oil with lemons and home maid greens juices are a way to go for me from 234 lbs I have dropped down to 179 and I am fairly muscular. I am not afraid of hiking alone and the scar on my chest from the heart surgery tells me that I have lived and I am living a focused and peaceful life in harmony 🙏

      Make sure only extra virgin olive from a well known brand, and same for fish oil. I take both, but separately.

    While I would agree there are beneficial ingredients in olive oil I think its concerning that the omega ratio of olive oil is high in omega-6s vs omega-3s, as other doctors have pointed out, the benefit people are seeing are from the Mediterranean diet itself not necessarily the olive oils. Vegetables have omega-3 ALA, which are converted into DHA/EPA which is ultimately what the body really needs high amounts of, if the omega-6s ratio becomes higher than the omega-3 ratio overtime this can push inflammation. I would also stress not to cook with these oils, they do not do well for anyone under heat. I also wouldn't consume anything that is GMO or that contains glyphosate considering the long history and patents linking these chemicals to major health problems.
    From omega-6s the body converts into mostly pro-inflammatory lipids, whereas omega-3s are converted into mostly anti-inflammatory lipids.
    By the way 53.7% of the adult population in Greece are overweight, I don't believe the copious amounts of olive oil are doing them any favors.

      @@amarali1440 I would disagree you should have a balance .. from omega 6 they convert to mostly pro-inflammatory lipids and omega 3 convert to mostly anti-inflammatory lipids .. consuming too much Omega 6 will eventually lead to over production of pro-inflammatory lipids

    how can olive oil be good for inflammation when 1 tablespoon contains 14 grams of fat but more importantly it has saturated fat??

    • @jamesmarshall3311
      @jamesmarshall3311 2 года назад +1

      Healthy saturated fat is excellent for health in the right quantities. Its trans fat like you find in margarine, cookies, cakes, even some cooking oils that need to be avoided.
