    I made really delicious dakgalbi today
    There's nothing hard about it, so try making it!
    Way to go!!
    Recipe (3 to 4 servings)
    1. Cut half an onion, 1/8 cabbage (you can reduce it if you have a lot) and 8 perilla leaves into 2-3cm thicknesses.
    2. If you want to add rice cake, wash it and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
    2. Cut 500g of chicken leg meat into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Add 1.5T of red pepper paste, 1.5T of red pepper powder (you can reduce it), 4.5T of thick soy sauce, 1.5T of minced garlic, 3T of sugar, 3T of cooking wine, 1.5T of sesame oil, and a moderate amount of pepper and mix.
    4. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. (If you don't have time, you can just stir-fry it.)
    5. Add oil to a frying pan, stir-fry chicken, and after 1-2 minutes, add cabbage and onion and stir-fry.
    6. When the meat and cabbage are cooked to some extent, add perilla leaves and stir-fry them.
    7. I put the lid on, stir-fry it, and repeat. If you do that, you get water
    8. I eat it when it's cooked.

    I love dakgalbi. I remember how spicy it was when I first ate it in Seoul, but it soon became one of my favorite to eat out. Thanks for sharing and great video 새해 복 많이 받으세요
