      trigger control, learn it?
      granted I've been using power/air tools for over 30 years, some have very whizz-poor trigger controls or start/cutoff speeds way too high for some delicate fastening scenarios.

    Mikey Pipes, @ 5:40, you mention A 75 gal water heater? do they have a "Walk In" tub that the installers didn't mention , the old water tank may not be big ENOUGH? Never hear anything about the water heater, when selling a WALK IN.

    careful to keep test running the inducer short, most will over-current without being attached, because they'll move too much air freely and just like the indoor blowers.
    I repurpose used ones for other things, like drying, air supply to fire pit, dust extraction. lol, why spend a fortune when you can get used for free off many scrap furnaces.
    NOTE: I would never put them back on another furnace.

    You couldn't see it, but the camera angle showed the inducer housing was slightly low and maybe to the right when you were having problems starting the mounting bolt. It must have been that 10 pound squirrel that caused it.

  • @acrservicesmathewr7565
    @acrservicesmathewr7565 10 месяцев назад +2

    A lot of the time the inducer assembly’s come with a restrictor collar used to go on the back of the inducer when the system is 50000 btus or less. They will give you a bag with different sized baffles to match what was existing. It won’t pull the pressure switches in if not installed. Just something I’ve went through not knowing why it was happening. It’s always something simple that sets you back. Good work getting them heat

    I had an inducer screw do that to me. It sucks when people are watching you fight with a screw that the angle of dangle is off. I had a bird in the inducer.

    There's two water sensors on the collector box one in the upper right one in the lower left. They are notorious for throwing codes even if you don't have a water issue so keep that in mind. I have actually found those on brand new units that have a bad wire connection right in the plug.

    He never seen a squirrel but I’ve seen birds I’ve seen mice seen a rat once crap load of leaves on the combustion air intake but ain’t never seen a squirrel yet. I got to tell you once in a while it seems like one of them screws has got to always be a pain in the ass.🤬 but I did finally figure out why every so often throws a fit is actually in the mold!! An?? It only hast to be off 35 thousand to make you pull your hair out…😂😂😂 considering they probably mold eight or 10 of them at the same time in the same die there’s no way each one is 1000% spot right on… but excellent troubleshooting❤❤
