You know, I actually like the idea of someone playing a game in the background for Off Topic. It's not a focus, but it's another thing to keep an eye on for fun. Would watch a gaming Off Topic again
Almost like the old Dude Soup format.
The conversation at 54:00 really gets to me. I have been watching AH since summer 2012, and sometimes that doesn't seem all that long ago. But I think back to that time and think that I was just starting high school with no real life direction. Time shift to now and I'm going into grad school next year. It's like the only thing that hasn't changed in my life is AH.
This comment made me close my laptop and stare out a window to contemplate life. Damn. Good luck in grad school!

Cracks me up that they're talking about Stardew. AH is the reason I started playing, and now I have almost 300 hours in it.
I like how when Michael was talking about how he doesn't really like those kinds of games he listed Earthbound as well, which as an RPG couldn't be further from games like Animal Crossing and Stardew.
"You are an absolute insane maniac person" during the Pokemon Go conversation made me laugh.

Cats is suffering from the same problem the Sonic movie is... if there were furries on the dev team, they were ignored or did not voice their concerns.
I love how Michael keeps jumping between "Just let it go! Stop using the old methods of doing this!" and "Why can't people just do this the way they used to?"

Clockblocker is actually a name of a character in my favourite piece of fiction Worm, which is a web serial. The character can stop things in time.

I feel like im part of the minority who lived through what Michael talks about when being nostalgic, granted im 4 years younger than him. Majority of the RT fanbase are 2000s and up nowadays.
We need Michael to try this next so we can get another Rage Quit video.
I remember when the pilot aired to. At tge time I was working nights by myself in a store and I would have the patch on the store because I was catching up on that and every episode of the RT podcast and in 2 years I caught up and then the magical epispde of the patch that sparked off topic happened. And then off topic happened.

To answer gavins question about wolverine stabbing through his skeleton adamantium is the only thing that can cut through adamantium if im not wrong so it should be normal for him to do.
Also the claws wouldn't actually go through any of his skeleton. Aren't the claws just between his knuckles? Even if it had to go through his skeleton that shouldn't be an issue because with enough force you can drive weaker materials through stronger ones. That's why a hurricane can impale a piece of straw into a palm tree.

yeah i agree as soon as i heard that MYATT has invested so much time into playing this 45 second level i was more interested in watching him just to see if he beat the level.

This has probably been brought up, but the Brendan Fraser "Mummy" movies are NOT the original Mummy movies. Those are remakes (which makes the Tom Cruise "Mummy" movie a remake of a remake). The original "Mummy" movie is the 1932 version with Boris Karloff.

Really enjoyed the narrative of Matt playing this game. Could use more things like it, but also a conclusion.
Doki Doki literature club might have been good in this format actually. At least the first part. Someone playing Minecraft or something just doing the necessary prep for a level may also work.

Alfredo I feel you on that tendonitis. I have it in both of my forearms 🤙🏾🤙🏾
I know what Alfredo means about the wrist tendonitis. I definitely don't have it as bad as him, but as someone who basically works on a computer all day and then goes home to a laptop or an Xbox controller afterwards, I definitely have it. I noticed it the worse when I have to use my wrist under tension in an abnormal way. Like when I was changing my shower curtain out and I had to really apply force to get the rings off the bar, my wrist locked up hard and I had to massage it out. It's really wild how bad of a condition it is, especially because it's just essentially permanent.

I'd love to see Matt tackle the ninja difficulty tracks in Trials Rising. Do yourself a favor and play it on anything other than Switch. It needs analog triggers, and the Switch port is inexcusable garbage.

if gavin free hates being able to see shadows through his eyelids he should try eye shadow and see if that reduces visibility whit eyes closed.

battling is my favourite part of Pokemon. i stopped playing Let's Go after getting the 2nd badge.
I quit playing after Surge AND accidental chucking my joycon like a dangus lol. I was like i hate motion controls..and a VERY VERY VERY dumb down pokemon yellow. Then i proceed to play pokemon yellow on my 2DS
