I hope I catch you before you cut your hair. Get you a bottle and fill half conditioner and half water. Put a small amount a of liquid on your hair to the end and brush. Your hair needs more moisture. Every day. Do not ever comb out natural hair without damping

I had to pause the video to say your hair is gorgeous and you did SUCH a good job on that cut gurrrl!!! Maybe cover your hair in the shower n use good bottled water n a bucket to wash your hair separately. I use an awesome oil called deep folicle treatment from UK based healthy hair studio (a youtuber called Fumi Desaluvold recommended and it revives my hair). Happy Birthday!🎂

Happy Birthday!! I am dealing with heat damage as well. The only good thing is it was only on my leave out. I got reminded quickly why I am a no heat girly. Welp my hair is in rehab as well. I'll cut slowly at the heat damaged hair has it grows out. I am also recovering from color to from last year. Reminded why I keep my hair black as well. I am growing out my under cut on the side. I also realized how much I love the shape of my hair now. Just gotta figure out new 4 texture and how to style. Wishing you all the best on your solar return.
