I cannot put into words how much I preferred him singing with Queen compared to Adam Lambert. He brought his music to the music of Queen, and it was a fantastic show. Lambert is just too intent of being the centre of attention, he tries to be Freddie, and that annoys the hell out of me.

When I was 13 (1976) I had the good fortune to attend a birthday party for Boz Burrell in a London townhouse - my father was friends with Boz - and during the party, the band snuck off to their home studio to play songs from an upcoming album. Somehow I ended up in the room and they allowed me to stay. I was already a fan of the music but had only heard albums, not live. It was so mesmerizing and most memorable. Big fan forever.

Very good ! The voice. You still got it ! That was very nice to give the Mic to a handicap man in the front row to sing a line in the chorus .And say Beautiful. I bet that made his favorite moment in a while. He will always rember that one I bet.
So cool. . RITE ON. ! Always aspire to sing like you Paul. Probably my most favorite singer. Out of quite a few. . You always Rock ! Love your voice ! Always did. !

What an amazing voice, still! He kept his voice for sure. He came here with Bad Company and then as Free Spirit and both were phenomenal! You’ll never feel like you’ve wasted your time or money going to see these guys, or just Paul Rodgers, in whatever form!
