This was amazing . Thank You . My SC430 is turning 20 y.o. this March . Still lovely . I'm seriously considering taking the private reg off and putting its '04 plate back on as a birthday prez .
This shape has aged well. Still looks good. Loved my midnight blue T Sport. Hopefully, this car hasn't too much rust underneath which affects many. A 1 owner car with low mileage and in good condition fetches good money. I enjoyed seeing you restore its exterior to its former glory.
I have to agree, it’s really grown on me, never really saw it as worthy of the Celica name given the rally pedigree of its predecessor though. Should this car have had a name of its own not associated with what came before. 🍿🫣
When I first saw it I thought, yes this will make a good video but I didn't really like the cars styling, by the time I'd finished the job in part 2, I really liked it, but the same thing seems to happen with every car I do, the more time I spend on it the more I like them. I have never washed a Fiat Multipla, can't see me ever liking that. Thanks for watching, if you like this sort of thing I done another extraction video for a Renault Megan convertible, check it out in my video list. Thanks again.
That's some transformation, looks really well, looking forward to part 3 to see what it's like underneath. The fuel filler neck goes on them, and you'll most likely need to replace brakes front and back, but hopefully you will get away without too much welding.
No, thank you, I appreciate the support. In general I was surprised by the build quality everything came up well, needed quite a bit of mechanical stuff but nothing you wouldn’t expect to have to do to a car of this age.
Thanks Shane, I’ve not tackled the interior as in comparison to the outside it looked relatively good. But there will be more cars in similar or worse condition coming soon. Thanks for your support.
It really is rewarding and crazy how you can look at a car and think oh that's not worth much then spend a few hours on it and looks a million bucks (well maybe not quite that much but you know what I mean). Thanks for watching, will bring you more videos soon.
It was an elderly couple, her car I believe, they said they had had the battery replaced but the new one had also gone flat at some point in the distant past. They had two other vehicles so I guess when they couldn’t move this one because the brakes were seized it didn’t restrict their ability to get out so there it stood. It’ll go on to be a nice car for the next person.
Great video, really enjoyed your restoring the Celica back to its glory. You using Back To The Future music and clips and I hope you don’t get done for copyright infringement by RUclips.
@@MrTechstyle 1) It still looks modern even though it's a 20 year old design. 2) It's a Toyota who have a legendary reliability record. 3) It looks great 4) It's cheap to buy and run in comparison with most other coupes 5) The load carrying ability is superb 6) It's fast. Yes there are faster cars out there but usually at a higher price and the Celica is as fast as you need for public roads 7) It has usable rear seats considering it's a coupe 8) It's a future classic 9) It's perfectly happy doing the shopping run as it is crossing continents 10) It's not a complicated car
New subscriber man and a small tip it will be good if you talk more about the cleaning and use calm not too calm but bit more calm music for cleaning areas in this video few areas music were too hard but still good video man
You’re not wrong I wouldn’t want to push those tyres, both rear springs were snapped, you can see the rear is sitting low, looked kinda good but totally unsafe. The new owner has replaced rear springs dampers plus discs and pads all round.
in this one the collapsed rear suspension made it a little firm but I did like the way it sat lower at the back. Latest video on a Renault Megan "Extraction" now available in the video list. Thanks for watching.
Thanks Ian, yeh I’ve tried a few different styles for these wash videos, which car do you think was the best filming style for your preference. I’m always editing a video for this stuff so would appreciate the feedback.
Thank you for giving this King of a car back it's shine!

Absolutely love the back to the future references it’s my favorite movie lol keep up the good work bro!
Yes love back to the future, I love the bit with Biff at 29:05. Thanks for subscribing.

A bit of bodywork and a thorough service and you’ve got a great future classic.

What a great job...enjoyed watching that!
Thanks for the support brother. More to come.
Had one of those a few years back, great car
Great video, more satisfying than getting a leg over watching the transformation! lol
Fantastic work sir
lol Dude, what ya like! ….more satisfying that getting your leg over….. pmsl
Awesome job on that. Especially good considering your not a detailer. Cracking work. Car looks stunning 👍
Thanks 👍

Fantastic work, thanks. I actually had one of those in the GT version here in Australia 🇦🇺 Excellent results.

Great job. Did a fantastic job on the lights by hand. I had one of these new in 2005 tempted to get another. The Thunder grey is a really good colour.
Thanks Rob, yeh doing the lights with a machine can be a little aggressive, it takes a while by hand but they come up well. Thanks for your support.
Well I never!
This car is still on the road.
Taxed and MOT’d.
I’m impressed!
Yep taxed and tested all good and safe on the road, needed some major TLC but we got there.
What an Epic and super satisfying video 🙌🙌
One of the best colours Thunder grey 😎
Looked amazing !
Is there an interior video due soon??
Thanks Shane, I’ve not tackled the interior as in comparison to the outside it looked relatively good. But there will be more cars in similar or worse condition coming soon. Thanks for your support.
I would love to do a car like this the satisfaction of bringing it back to mint nick is very rewarding , can’t help but get the wow factor 👍🏻😉

Amazing work like so much Toyota Celica
Yes, me too, overall I was impressed by this little car.
Why would someone leave a car for 8 years just because of a flat battery?
It was an elderly couple, her car I believe, they said they had had the battery replaced but the new one had also gone flat at some point in the distant past. They had two other vehicles so I guess when they couldn’t move this one because the brakes were seized it didn’t restrict their ability to get out so there it stood. One word. Celica
Maybe He don't need IT in His dayly life😢😮😊
Nice clean up. Long lived the 7th gen!
Thanks! 👍
Te quedó precioso te felicito amigo 😊
Muchas gracias, me alegro que te haya gustado.
Great job!👍
Thanks Dmitriy
Very nice , excellent cleaning job brov

Thanks Imran, pleased you enjoyed it. Yes they flagged it for copyright but apparently the copyright owner allowed it so we’re all good. 😁
In my opinion the best sports coupe out there. The reasons for this are many.
Expand….

Reading your list I’m comparing this to a Porsche and for the Porsche not as many points are valid! You have a strong argument.
@@MrTechstyle Thank you.
@@asensibleyoungman2978 You forgot to mention the great handling and how it literally sticks to the road.
Verry beauty good job pro
Thanks
Super good job
Love the video
Thanks for watching Michael, glad you enjoyed it and thanks for your comment.
Just subscribed considering your not a detailer marvellous job Sir that hose gadget is a brilliant idea 💡

What is the name of the blower you were using

I want to see the interior
I would for sure change those tyres out for a new set if in fact this car has been standing out for 8 whole years and exposed to the elements.
You’re not wrong I wouldn’t want to push those tyres, both rear springs were snapped, you can see the rear is sitting low, looked kinda good but totally unsafe. The new owner has replaced rear springs dampers plus discs and pads all round.
Along with inspection of calipers, flexi lines, all fluids etc. the car needs complete recommissioning.
Absolutely, he’s in to motor sport so knows not to take chances on these things.
Bet that clay bar was smothered in shit.
....and a blocked drain! lol
This car was a beauty. Awesome car to drive. Only just lacked the power. Otherwise would have been a beast.
in this one the collapsed rear suspension made it a little firm but I did like the way it sat lower at the back. Latest video on a Renault Megan "Extraction" now available in the video list. Thanks for watching.

Thanks
It’s not sa-leak-a. It’s sell-i-ca
Did I say it wrong! My bad.
Either way is correct. Depends on where you are in the world.
OH SHIT IS A 2zz !!
You’ve lost me there!!?
The engine?
@@MrTechstyle the engine is a 2ZZ GE!
Отлично снято
Спасибо, я рад, что вам понравилось. Скоро принесу вам еще.
might get more subs if you just wash the damn car instead of the theatrics...
