What is the meaning of living true to yourself, regardless of age, on your 68th birthday?

I have reached the third corner of life and have now come to the age where I must consider "aging," something I have always ignored. This theme has also been discussed on the "Koten Radio" that I always listen to, and it seems that the time has come for me to seriously think about it.
However, I'm glad I listened to it. After all, age doesn't matter. There is no need for me to limit myself because of my age, and it is not something determined by society. The key now is how to escape from my own preconceived notions about age.
