I love beans, and for budget purposes, prefer dried beans, and I have to say, I like my Instant Pot, but I didn't love it until discovering how fast I can go from dry beans to eating them. I now make beans at least once per week to use as the base for breakfast smoothies. It's so easy and quick, especially if I intend to use them for cooking a meal during the week too.
I’m cooking for 15 minutes based on directions in Pressure Luck Cooking cookbook. I realize this may be overkill but I don’t want to end up with undercooked beans once the pressure is gone
This recipe is wonderful, exactly what I originally bought my instant pot for, making my dry beans. The seasoned recipe is delcious. I shall be using this recipe always. Thanks for the great recipe. 👍

I may have missed it but what is the cook time and release time for "unsoaked" plain beans that you substitute for canned beans.
