    Vietnamese Houston native here. The secret is to use either mango or tropicana orange juice as your base (rather than water)! It sounds weird, but trust me, it gives your seafood boil more depth and flavor! Awesome recipe ♥

      @@CookingWithChow did you ever try it with OJ, sunny D, tampico or anything else like that? Curious to try it myself but don't wanna risk wasting a ton of seafood

      @@RanchoBurgeri do it all the time , orange juice or pineapple make a big difference in taste, i use also use fresh oranges too

    Ever try asian style raw marinate style sourbratin snichel lobster tail or crayfish that was cooked after marinated but added limbuger powder from freeze drying with bourbon and brandy to bread to add flamby to mix - maybe pan fry - no deep fry , well don't want your house to explode with flames
