I just bought that camera today. I literally followed the instructions in the box, and all it did was flash green on the signal. I watched your video, and all your lights lit up at once, and then immediately found signal. I let mine sit for several minutes and nothing happened.
Probably talking about the SIM card that is used for the cellular side of it. It allows the data from the pictures to be sent to the app thru the phone network. And the SIM card is pre installed so all you need to buy is the SD card.
Hi. Thanks for the good video. If you could help me: I found here in Italy this model at a good price, for the seller received it as a present from USA.... I would use it with a SIM of our local operator (TIM)... do you know if this maybe a problem, as the item is from USA-market? Or the hardware would be the same that in Europe??? ......strange question.... sorry🧐
Hey thanks for the video. Does the camera offer a Bluetooth setting to see the cameras view before ultimately leaving the woods to make sure it’s in good position? Tactacam has that and I was curious if the new flex had that as well….
Do you know if you can have the batteries installed with along with an external solar panel? As I know some cameras you can and some companies say no....My Flex has reception at the my gate where my other spy point cameras with the external antenna won't send a signal...Thanks for the video...
Thanks for watching. Did you subscribe? I would call Spypoint support. I have had a few issues with the Flex and they have been very helpful. And can help with the Solar question as well.
It would be super helpful if there wasn’t music going on in the background it’s distracting and trying to hear what you’re saying but thank you for helping I just got one today and I did find this helpful
Our camera is 1 mile fromAt&T tower and we have a Verison conection according to Spypoint of 1 bar and not sending photos.Spypoint told me to move the camera??????
My man was struggling at the end trying to get that sd card out lol
The struggle is real!!

Dealing with this shit is a headache...
Same.
Mines doing the same thing
Spypoint says on the web site 2 cards needed/not included. I only saw you use one which makes sense. Any idea why it calls for 2?

no. they were trying to say 2gb to 512gb
but I think it was a misprint for 32 to 512gb class 10 sd micro card
@@wildman8601 you can use any SD card within that range.
@@stottscreekoutdoors only issue had so far the card filled up it was a 32gb and it says ita full did research n it someone else had same issue
You didn’t show how to get the battery pack out of the camera.

Thanks for the comment. It has a test button that you can press and will send you a picture and you can see it’s positioning.
Your Bluetooth thing is a dumb tactacam thing. Take a test photo to see what it looks like and adjust

I had almost the same issue with one of mine, I ended up reformatting the Micro SD card and it began to work
btw you never put the black gasket on first before you screwed the antenna on
Thanks for watching and the reply, it was already in place.
@@stottscreekoutdoors ok just making sure lol
Looks like a pretty simple setup minus the 10 minutes of installing batteries and trying to take out an SD card lol
Those Micro SD cards are tiny!
need to trun off your radio
Thanks for watching. I didn’t realize it would be so loud when filming, just habit listening to music while working.
