This also makes me optimistic that Mike will return to his roots as a character and become likeable again. Hope the Duffers have taken our concerns to heart.

@@RhettMueller Yup. Totally true. I do think it matters when a large percentage of your audience has an issue with a character's likability, which seems like the case with Mike (at least from what I saw). Not to say it was everyone.
@@amymoquin8636 I feel like the Duffers know half of their online fanbase are nuts though. Some frankly just seem incapable of following a story. I think/hope the Duffers were always intending to bring Mike full circle to be front and centre.
@@amymoquin8636 yeah I mean think Mike is an alright character I just think that some of the stranger things fanbase hates him for not a very good reason.
@@RhettMuellerMike was literally the main character in S1 and the 2nd main character in S2 & S3 . But he got 3rd/4th in S4. We need him as a main character again !!

I have a theory. I think that if the theory about Eddie being number 10 is true, then he could be alive. We saw 11 heal Max with her powers so chances are, if Eddie also has powers, he can do the same. Just a theory but it’d be a great way to bring him back in the a scene where he wakes up in the upside down and then visits Dustin’s house through the lights showing him that he’s alive.
I think Will saying that Mike was the heart of the group was just an indicator that he likes him (something that I personally agree on) but more a reminder that he’s the main leader of the group like we saw in Seasons 1 and 2. I bet that in season 5 we’ll see him rise to become not only the leader of the four boys but also the whole main heroes.

prediction for s5: i think this season is either gonna show one of these two things ; you know in harry potter where its sort of the era that feels like the “golden trio” is losing, having to hide out in a forest and getting caught by enemies, i think there is definitely going to be some type of feeling like that in s5, maybe the gang gets split up into smaller groups, and one of these groups entail mike or jonathan, who are kinda the Ron right now, constantly scared and looking for their loved ones (e.g for jonathan nancy or will and for mike jane/eleven, will, nancy, and basically most of the party.) i feel like its going to have that dystopian uncertainty with a few casualties on the way, a lot of scenes and tropes actually remind me of the harry potter series or franchise so thats mainly why i came up with this theory, maybe they might lose a little and have to bounce back, with the loss and greif of whoever’s going to die in s5, im sure someone (or the party) will be fuelled by that sort of greif that will give them the determination to beat vecna (along with the up side down) and i know this theories not set in stone because its all based on guesses + “feeling and theres little to no evidence to back this up, and if you have found a reason why this COULDNT work, politely inform me in the replies!

The show has made it very clear every single season that will is connected to the upside down and I wonder how deep that still goes. My theory is that Will is going to die in season 5. It all started with him and my theory is it will all end with him. I can see one of the older kids, like Steve, dying too.

They've missed the opportunity to kill steve it could have been a big death in 4, but no the chose eddie . People are waiting for steve to die he's baited so much. But they've missed the story and impacful window to do it. Doing it in 5 is cheap predicable writing. But you never know, I just don't think so

I think it will end with him, and he will put a stop to it all, and survive. I think Eleven will die.

Most likely Will as he has a deep connection with The Upside Down and Vecna. So, I could visualize that Vecna is forcing Will to fight Eleven which would lead to his death 😳

@@lisaplatt3697 agreed. I think dustin would rather not be here than deal with more death trauma I can see him sacrificing for anyone, especially Steve. And Jonathan absolutely. I think the love triangle will be resolved in 5 and Jonathan dying may be the reason for it ending sadly

i feel like they could do some kind of twist with dustin similar to how max was tramauized by billys death and felt guilty ,how eddie died and dustin tried to stop him and they were like bestfriends alreadybut didnt and he died they could make vecna target him if eddie was like accidentally killed by dustin but thats not the case so
