- We have another big update for Stranger Things Season 5! Ross Duffer took to Instagram to post some photos of Noah Schnapp/Will Byers in honor of Will's birthday being today. He gave us our first official look at the character Will Byers, but also a photo that confirms we are getting flashbacks to Season 1 in Castle Byers & The Upside Down. I recently was just in Atlanta, and I was going by the Hawkins lab and they had it completely blocked off and had signs saying crew parking and base camp.. you could see some people in the parking lot and there was a lot of vehicles coming in checking through with a security guard!! So I’d say they’re back there right now
It’s crazy how much the double looks like Will from season 1 and yet they’ll still need to use deep fake technology.

@@cameronvelska4610 Of course, but I definitely feel like it takes away from the acting of the double. Especially because of the face expressions looking off.
@@anonymouspersonhere1000 there’s more to acting than just a face, as you can see, Noah is showing him his mannerisms, the way he walks, ect.
@@Br0dyVROf course, but it still feels a bit off sometimes. Hopefully they improve it a little. Eleven’s wasn’t really terrible by any means but I definitely think they could work on it a little. Deep fakes can make the actors seem emotionless.

I think Vecna is going to fully possess Will, giving him all of Eleven's powers. It will basically be Eleven against Will, now brother and sister. I can also see Will's "Kate Bush song" being George Michael's "Careless Whisper" - thinking of the line "Time can never mend the careless whispers of a good friend". And I think Will will be teased so much for dealing with his identity that his anger and Vecna's powers will cause him to make Hawkins High explode. Sorry for the rambling but if you can't tell, I've given this a lot of thought.
Thank you for the update and I really hope we get that scene of Will’s time in the upside down, maybe will encountered Vecna before he was even a villain in the series but now we know that Vecna’s been pulling the strings the entire time. And it could reveal a lot like what exactly he seen in the upside down. It would also be an interesting opening scene. But I honestly think that’s the route they are taking. I’m so hyped for season 5

I really really really really really really wish that there weren’t so many delays in the filming of this show. I’m sure everyone else can agree but this is probably the thing I’m most excited for and it’s so tough waiting for it, I’m so dang excited I am slowly heading back into my obsession with this show and I just finished rewatching, I’ve seen it three times now and I still get crazy goosebumps. It just never gets old, even though it is super annoying that they are taking such a long time to film (Millie Bobby brown just stated in her most recent interview with Jonathan Ross that they still have 9 months of filming left😢) . Honestly I’m willing to wait if it’s worth it (🤞 that it is) but if it’s disappointing it’s going to be so depressing…
I hope Demogorgons will finally be the main antagonists, since they're the central antagonist of the show.

Seeing Will inside castle Byers is really nice to see. I was there that night when they were filming that scene and it looked like it may have been the description of "the crawl" or that description opening.
I may have been in the shot that night and was told to relocate from where I was standing.

Will will be more independent this season. I think we will see a major change in how he handles situations and he will likely be less reliant on his friends. Maybe he will be the one who protects them other than the other way around as seen previously. (Sorry not sorry for all the “will”s)

I thought everyone knew why Will was taken, the Demogorgon got him that Dungeons and Dragons game.
Yes, but there’s been a theory going around, how Vecna might have specifically wanted him to be taken into the Upside Down. It’s also weird how he was able to survive for an entire week, especially if it was so toxic there as well, with barely any resources around. If you watch season one, you can also hear a clock chime when Will falls off his bike. On top of that, telekinetic powers were used to open the lock and Demogorgans don’t have such a power.

@@anonymouspersonhere1000 The reason why he survived I believe is because he kept singing that song. Even Mike said that to Lucas and Dustin when he was trying to tell them he and El heard Will singing that song he likes. Plus that's what was revealed in season 4. When Robin and Nancy visited Victor. It saved Max the first time because she had the headphones on when she floated but because Jason destroyed her walkman before Lucas could put them on her at the right time, it didn't save her.

Call me crazy but I don't think they ever forgot Will's Birthday in season 4, they've been way too cheeky about it afterwards in their ST-related posts. And it would be kind of weird if they forgot this huge detail in the 300 days of filming alone, when they set up the date of Mike's arrival to be on his birthday.

I agree with that, it would be weird if they forgot the only stated birthday in the show. However, the only things that leads me to believe that it might've been forgotten is the fact, that neither Joyce nor Jonathan remembered. I can see how Mike and Eleven could forget, but his own mother and brother? Again, you could say that Jonathan was interrupted by the weed and Joyce was so shocked by Hopper's message that she forgot about everything else, but idk, wouldn't she have a present ready for him in advance?

Dude we did get the answer! Will was weak and vulnerable, far more so than anyone else in that town. We know this already so your claim that they didn't answer is wrong. They did answer it.
Will was vulnerable, bullied, and he is Gay! For a child in the 80's who knows they are gay, it made him vulnerable to Vecnas attacks both physically and mentally. So a kid like that would stand out big time for someone like Vecna/Henry/One
What I want to know, is how the hell Russia knew they could open a gate like they did! Additionally, I want to know how much happened between the day that Henery Creel got that 001 Tattoo and the day that Eleven sent him to the Upside-down.
How exactly was Brenner able to replicate Henry's abilities?! And in addition to that, how the hell did Henry Creel get his abilities in the first place!? I have a theory that Brenner is actually Victor Creels wife's father! We don't know her maiden name.
Technically "The First Shadow" partially answers, where Henry got his abilities from. It's shown that when he was young (prior to season 4 events) he somehow got teleported to the dimension X, which is basically where Eleven later sent him, where he was attacked/influenced by the mind flayer. After that he came back to Hawkins with his blood type changed to type 5, and he already had his abilities, but his mind was corrupted by the mind flayer, which led to all the killings shown in season 4.

Season 5 Episodes and Description.
Episode 1: The Crawl (55 Minutes)
A year and a half since the Upside Down ravages Hawkins, the residents are tasked with the mission that could change everything.
Episode 2: Love, Max (51 Minutes)
Max is still in a coma, and the party read their letters to save her. Yuri, Murray, and Enzo arrive in Hawkins to help the gang.
Episode 3: The Clue (49 Minutes)
Mike finds a shocking revelation about Will. The gang forms a clue when they learn what happened to Max and Vecna’s other victims. A new monster emerges.
Episode 4: The Mind Lair (50 Minutes)
Vecna destroys another part of Hawkins, making the Party believe that it is the end of the world as we know it. The older teens attempt to counsel them.
Episode 5: The Rift (47 Minutes)
Joyce and Hopper are trapped, the gang figures out a way to close the portals before Vecna kills more residents. Max starts to recover slowly.
Episode 6: November 6, 1983 (1 Hour)
Eleven and Mike are sent back to 1983, to discover how everything happened to Will and the Upside Down as Will secretly gives them hints.
Episode 7: Eleven (52 Minutes)
Eleven has to make a serious choice for her friends. Joyce has grim visions. The gang finally enters Vecna’s grasp inside Will’s mind-controlled body. Max is unable to hold the evil any longer.
Episode 8: The Final Campaign (2hrs 30mins)
In the mind-blowing final chapter, the remaining population fight for every part of Hawkins, and the world.

I have a theory. I think that Dustin might die in season 5 by sacrificing himself for Steve. This is because he had to watch Eddie die for him and I think if it comes down to him or Steve, he’s not gonna let another one of his best friends die for him.
I have a theory on Dustin also, but mines is kinda different -
So, if you notice everyone else has links to someone ie a family, the byers, lucas and Erica, the wheelers, max and Billy and hopper and el. Dustin has his mom, but she's what maybe 4 scenes throughout the whole thing? When they introduce Eddie he only had his uncle. I think this may indicate Dustin is very much at risk due to his lack of links. As well as steve he doesn't have family links. But I absolutely believe he will live. I think Dustin would sacrifice over living with more trauma.

Well i guess Vecna is going to celebrate his birthday/anniversary of there friendship. I mean even though it was a one sided friendship. I believe Vecna took Will, because he was fascinated by him, cause in a weird way there both alike. Except Will isn't a serial killer.
What if Will had powers but Vecna sapped it from him…only to be interrupted and that’s why Vecna was going after him in season 1 and 2?

Will destroyed Castle Byers in season 3. And other than this flashback, just imagine if Will actually goes back to the Upside Down and he sees Castle Byers. He can sit in it reflecting on all the stuff that he missed from it.
The castle byers in upside down was destroyed by the Demogorgon in season 1 when eleven was searching for will.
@@mushafraza2055 Oh yeah, that's right. Well, maybe we can still see the remains of the castle there in the Upside Down. Like maybe the Demogrogon only tore down one wall and the rest of the castle is still up. Or we can see simply just a pile of it on the ground. Idk. I guess we'll see.

One of the reasons they could get away with putting Millie Bobby Brown’s face over the younger actress’ body in Season 4 is that the whole thing was a flashback/dream sequence at the NINA project. It wasn’t seamless, but there was an in-story explanation for the whole fuzzy quality of it. Hopefully it’ll be something similar for Noah Schnapp’s younger body double.

I was so excited to see that will’s haircut was NOT a bowl cut that my food flung off my fork🤣 On a more serious note I think one reason bean chose Will first was bcs they have something in common, which was that they were both sensitive kids. Bcs in 001’s backstory he was called a sensitive kid, and Joyce mentioned Will was a sensitive kid. A common thing the villain does is try to find something in common with its victim. This doesn’t get to the bottom of why Will was his first victim, but this fact possibly gives it a bit more sense

Her hair is medium and brown she has hazel eyes and tan-is skin (idk why I took time to type that all out ig I just thought cause you have a D&D shirt that you might think that cause I have a D&D essentials kit it's pretty cool😅😅😅)
3:17 Theory: In this photo you can clearly see a camera on it, so it tell us that the castle byers will be a place that will be recorded in the first scene of the season 5, bc if you remember the first script leak it says about the sound of cold wind, groaning trees and a familiar voice singing a familiar song, which can be "should I stay or should I go", in one of the episodes in the first season, when Mike was angry with Eleven bc he thought she was lying to him, El was messing with a walkie talkie to find Will from her telepathy, and then when she found Will, she immediatelly connected his voice to the Walkie Talkie, so Mike could hear Will singing "Should I stay or should I go", what if El did the same in the radio station so Nancy could write informations from the past in her Diary, but she erases the last writings in 1983 and replace them with the informations, so it will change in the upside down, after that, mind flayer could see the Diary changing with Will's past informations, so he brings Will to the void where El uses her telepathy, when that happens, El can't see Will in her telepathy anymore and will go back to the reality, they will look on Will and he will be with eyes closed with his pupils going to the right and then to the left side everytime, like a loop, so in Will's mind, he falls in the castle byers in the upside down in 1983, he starts getting worried like in the photo and start hearing a kid singing "should I stay or should I go", like what Will did while hiding from demogorgon inside the castle byers, and then he starts hearing groaning trees and a cold wind. So after that all, Will starts getting past visions in the whole season. (Well, this is just a theory)

Guys in every season they play d&d then first was demogorgan second idk they didnt play but in season three they played like a one min game where they had to fight juju zombies and the mindflare was made my humans so technically they are zombie and in season four they fought vecna but they never got the thessel hydra so in season five they might have to fight the thessel hydra aka mindflare cus yall saw the pic that will made right they were fighting a dragon so but they didnt kill vecna i also know that so maybe vecna will join the mindflare into something big then they will kill together with will my theory if there are questions tell me ill ans all
