No no, don’t you get it? It’s such riveting gameplay to destroy the well planned and thought out environments by adding low resolution and poorly thought out leviathans because all the ocean has to offer is giant deadly creatures! You just don’t get peak gameplay
Fr, the Blaza is a neat concept and the model isn't bad but it needs some SERIOUS tlc, and the Bloop is just....yikes. So little thought went into this its crazy, instead of randomly placing these things about, why not replace a specific leviathan spawn with them, the Bloop should be in the void and the Blaza in the dunes. Wouldn't fix the model and texture issues but still..
But the blaza adds something to the game, it makes it literally impossible to bring a seamoth into the lost river because it moves at mach 4. Peak mod design
My problem is with it is that the bloop is spawned directly in the early game which is specifically made for new players t o be safe. Otherwise most other leviathans inhabit other biomes.
That's my issue, the Grassy Plateaus was where I went searching for Mobile Vehicle Bay fragments. I only had a sea glide. Having a leviathan that can insta kill you there is incredibly unfair, and unfun. Not even the Reaper has a guaranteed insta kill. Also, you run into it considerably later usually. It's way too early for the game to be fun.
And it can insta-kill you. Base subnautica only has one insta-kill, a sea dragon bite, which is from a late game enemy that you will likely never have that happen because of the prawn suit
My problem with most subnautica mods is that instead of being something that could reasonably exist in the ecosystem of the crater, most modded creatures are just “big fish so spooky”
The Grassy Plateaus is too early for having to deal with a Leviathan. Players commonly don't even have a seamoth before the going there. Especially one that can suck in an insta kill a player. You rarely run into a Leviathan before reaching the Aurora in the base game and that's intentional and a good thing.

Must have? Nah, I would never bring any big insta killing leviathans to my favorite quite safe plateaus There's literally no sense in Bloop. It's just a big ass vacuum cleaner with low resolution textures. And this leviathan live in the BEST biome in the game. Grassy plateaus are good: small amount of predators, good resources and border with glow shrooms biomes (source of magnetite). This ball just ruins everything. The point of early game biomes is to be safe, not to be dangerous
The blaza reminds me of a message that i think is in the lost river that details some sorta monster in the lost river that didnt sound like the ghost leviathan.
Right, I really want to install a giant ballsack with teeth that spawns at the start of the game and can blunt rotate like an owls head and a shittily modelled, lowest graphics snake that makes no sense as to why it is in the biomes it's in. Great choices
Ok, this might not be the BEST place to say this, but i think i should. I Don't belive the Bloop was an iceberg OR a sea monster. What I belive made that sound comes from a series called "The deep" where a family who live on a sub in the ocean encounter various sea creatures. And in one episode, they find the bloop, and it's a massive coral reef (I forgot EXACTLY what it was, but i'm pretty sure it was a reef) And it makes sense on BOTH sides, because it satisfies those that belive in the bloop, AND the skeptics because it doesn't contend with EVERY single factor dictating animal size HELL, the biggest organism IRL is a field of mushrooms connected by the roots like a giant web
Bloop is a nightmare on the blunt rotation

You can make the bloop spawn only in endgame areas and it’s way scarier that way, also doesn’t look as bad in the dark
Blaza looking like Prisoner Zero from Doctor Who 😭
Wish we could get more modded creatures on the same scale as the boneshark, or Crabsquid. That’s where true variety can shine. These larger than life, “fuck you in every imaginable orifice” creatures are just too much, and too uninspired for my liking
I do NOT need a leviathan in the grassy plateaus 😭
Bloop looks like a sea dragon’s turd came to life
The Blaza is pretty cool, wish it was more textured
Blazer looks one to one like Prisoner Zero
The first one is clearly based off the whale shark which is a filter feeder and will eat any thing in its mouth
I don’t want more leviathans I just want the current ones to be actually scary. They’re all too humanoid
The bloop makes a safe biome not safe which takes away the vibe
Just wanted to let everybody know, dont bring the bloop to your lifepod! It can actually eat it!
The bloob looks like its gonna Strike a power line and Explode like the hindeburg Blimp
must-have mods to keep you subnautica gameplay fresh and exciting ❌ poorly made mods that ruin the gameplay and environment with leviathans that look like kids drawings ✅
"The bloop and blaza ruins the ecosystem"
Gargantuan Leviathan: *sweats nervously in the abyss*
hunger might be why you see the skeleton in the lost river
My whole life I was I’m a fearless mf, I worked at the morgue, I helped at veterinary clinics, I had to sacrifice animals on the altar of science, but this game… this game causes me to have a physical reaction of absolute fear, like I’m shitting myself every time I go to the floating underwater islands, dunes, etc, first time I meet warpers I screamed like a little bitch, never met a ghost leviathan but trying to at least see it on this play through
Bloop looks almost… cute?
The snake thing looks like it would be in the game like, it does look like something the devs would make lol😂
No, it looks really, really, REALLY bad, i don't know what you mean- Is this an insult to the subnautica devs? It's mouth looks like the connecting piece in a lego bionical and it has NO textures!
@@valaboixsinternetcorner3355He's just complimenting the creator of the mod. No need to be a dick about it.
@@valaboixsinternetcorner3355
It wasn't an insult i apologize..I see now why you thought it could've been an insult i worded it like shit and i see what you mean now..
Let me explain better Really quick... the snake leviathan in general not the design yes it does need ALOT of work i agree. It seems like a creature that Unknown Worlds would've made for Subnautica.
Like, if they were to do something like the snake leviathan, it absolutely would look amazing and it would work differently and better to. I would've loved if they added something like that.
My friend had recommended the red plauge mod and told me it wasn't that scary and I broke my mouse desk and keyboard from terror
FUN FACT The bloop and "Blaza" were showcased by a youtuber called socksfor1 in which his friend "Blaza" made a Levithan so yea
Oh, you forgot to mention the giant mutated version of the bloop
@HeYZDツ no
Why do gacha life kids have to ruin everything, like not subnautica too 😭
@@Soiledmilkgaming dude i played the mod, so what’s up your ass
@@Soiledmilkgaming they have done very literally nothing, they just mentioned things.
I'm pretty sure said things are from a different mod, but oh well.
@@briishcabbage568 one of them wouldn’t stop being rude to me because they made a wrong fact and I corrected them, so yea, they have done wrong stuff, they even made a video being rude to me, so stop glazing gacha life
Plaza is much more terrifying
gotta download the subnautica mod where i can get chased by an overgrown sea watermelon and a sea snake turned into a leviathan for some reason.
I remember before the lost river was even out it was just a massive ass dark cave with nothing in it.. never been so terrified to explore something in my life.. no sounds just nothing but empty..then they had hella concepts for a creature called the “Ghost leviathan”
Was hyped asf the whole new biome looked amazing. But then you get the “Bloop” in your game and it’s just like wtf like the whole opposite I really wish they made it look atleast like the game his skin alone looks like a Swimming pool liner
💀😭
No thanks having thalassophobia keeps it interesting enough
Well I guess we can finally add the return of the ancients mod to the list since it’s finally out
Blaza is like a Bloop's shorter but longer brother
Must have? Nah, I would never bring any big insta killing leviathans to my favorite quite safe plateaus
There's literally no sense in Bloop.
The massive ice quake.
Ah yes my favorite subnautica modded creature socksfor1s friend
if im correct that's why it was made
@@Themostuselessdumpsterfireinex Correct! Ding ding ding!
I think it would’ve fit better in the sparse reef and bulb zone
The bloop is one thing but I already have enough trouble with regular game mechanics 😅
This takes me back to Socksfor1's Subnautica videos.
Blaza destroyed my seamoth when I was looking in the Degasi base in the shroom caves about a week ago. I alt-F4’d and haven’t played since..
Blaza looks like Scp 3000
The blaza reminds me of a message that i think is in the lost river that details some sorta monster in the lost river that didnt sound like the ghost leviathan.
I’m already scared enough of reapers
I think there should be a mod to make leviathans rarer for them being the giant and dangerous fishes in the game they’re wayyyyy to common
Right, I really want to install a giant ballsack with teeth that spawns at the start of the game and can blunt rotate like an owls head and a shittily modelled, lowest graphics snake that makes no sense as to why it is in the biomes it's in. Great choices
if i remember correctly these are both VERY old mods from the beginning of subnautica modding
The fact that socknautica wasnt done yet is crazy
Really bro? "Socknautica"?how can u screw up that badly bruh?
Its a mod...@@wildskelly
He isn't talking about the game lmao @wildskelly
@@wildskellyit is a mod from socks for 1
ohh...my fault bruh i haven´t played subnautica in a while mb
I think the Blaza is fine but needs massive remodeling. The Bloop is just straight up shit
*socksfor1, 2, 3, and blaza fans fading in*
I can’t take these things seriously.
The bloop reminds me of Yamatsukami from Monster hunter
I've been playing subnautica for years without mods.
I don't feel the game needs them in reality.
This looks like deep rock galactic
Ok, this might not be the BEST place to say this, but i think i should.
I Don't belive the Bloop was an iceberg OR a sea monster.
What I belive made that sound comes from a series called "The deep" where a family who live on a sub in the ocean encounter various sea creatures.
And in one episode, they find the bloop, and it's a massive coral reef (I forgot EXACTLY what it was, but i'm pretty sure it was a reef)
And it makes sense on BOTH sides, because it satisfies those that belive in the bloop, AND the skeptics because it doesn't contend with EVERY single factor dictating animal size
HELL, the biggest organism IRL is a field of mushrooms connected by the roots like a giant web
Me reaching the ilz through the mountains-bulb border: 😐🤚
Ever wanted to meet more leviathans?
Fuck no
I am not adding a death machine when I dot. Even have a sea glide yet
