i really want this type of fish tape, ive seen the metal kind and it works but the nylon is much more flexible. I bought a roll of nylon fish tape today at harbor freight that wasnt inside a plastic housing and man it was sooo flimsy it got tangled up, i think the only way that shit would work is if you were pushing it through conduit, no way you could push it down in a wall it would just want to keep rolling back up
I would definitely not use this the length is all wrong as you cannot pull cables this long unless a straight run. I would probably only use the first 6m and you wouldn't use this in a duct environment.
Craig, it looks you are very close minded, perhaps you are a very seasoned professional slave of its own habits which interfere every day with better work performance. You should try new technology nylon fish tapes work better than metal! Do you still have a black and white TV? Nick, if the nylon fish tape tangles is because the nylon is poor quality; I have worked with good quality nylon fish tapes and they do not tangle, you do not even need a case for carrying or storing it. A good quality material does not retain/have memory. cptfck 50' and 100' are good lengths for nylon fish tapes to do a fine job. I can see from your comment below that you have not used nylon fish tapes; so how can you comment on something you have not experienced?!!

For constructed walls nothing beats a metal chain and a magnet.
