What does an Alleged Incapacitated Person have to do when the Court Evaluator/Investigator comes to interview him to prove to that Court Evaluator/Investigator that he is NOT Incapacitated? Especially what should the Alleged Incapacitated Person say and do to Prove that he is capable of managing his Finances?
