Jimmy Carter helped build a new affordable neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee, where home prices are on the rise, through his Carter Work Project. The 95-year-old former president tells NBC’s Cynthia McFadden that someday he’ll have to step aside and country music stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are ready to take over.
