I agree, Natalias story is painful to watch. I think it is intentional that she is forced to lie/hide/hurt the people she loves. It seems the writers are using this otherwise loveable character, to demonstrate the unintentionally hurt that happens when someone is forced to hide who they are. It is showing all the collateral damage that occurs when someone is forced to lie and hide. Despite its billing, there is a much larger story, than just a simple love story. This needs to be told.
