Great work but, why would you drop spark plugs into the hole? It can knock the gap closed.
The breather that went on the oil fill, someone has some smarts to think of that. Very neat idea, depending on how restrictive it is but all the same.

Hey Dana, I've never seen anyone delete the valve cover nipple the way you did, and I really like the way you did it. Just wonder if you could tell me what size tap you used? I actually like the look of that better than welding it shut

It looks like just a cheap chinese catch can off amazon. Evil Energy is the most common brand. I bought one and sent it back because I didn't like the baffle.
It’s the oil filler vent that’s interesting. My pvc is in a pain in the ass place on the engine. I’d rather just plug it and use that sort of a setup.
@@texaspowerman the oil filler vent is a Level 7 Performance unit, I currently have one and it is pretty nice. They have 2 different types and I believe they do have a sale on them right now. PLM went and copied Level 7 design as there own, so if you do buy, don't go with the PLM unit.

@@texaspowerman i believe for the most part. They were made for Hondas, but it may be possible for it to fit other engines long as the cap threading is the same

So when you do that end cap seal on the left side of the valve cover. Do you have to rtv between the head and the cap there? Or do you just clean the surfaces and re torque it?
You do not have to rtv it. But a thin layer definitely doesn't hurt either

B18A/B has a 81mm bore with a 89mm stroke.
B20B/Z has a 84mm bore, 89mm stroke.
B20 has weaker sleeves if I remember correctly. LSVtec are common builds that hood up to big hp numbers by adding a vtec head to a non vtec block. Golden Eagle makes a pretty good kit.

Nope, he’s mentioned before he runs no gasket as he’s had them blow out so he doesn’t bother with them anymore
