Right, but remember @Mitch, the way the Right has wired each other to think is in conspiratorial terms. For example: "In Georgia, the GOP were in control of the recounts and everything was upheld." For those of us who think using logic, the fact that people who are supposed to be on "our team" found there was no fraud, would naturally give weight to a fair review of the evidence and an accurate conclusion of the facts. But, for those you are programmed to think in conspiratorial terms (something common with all cults, in fact)...the GOP examining the evidence and concluding that their world view is indeed false and that their leader has indeed lied to them means that the GOP are "Rhinos"...fake Republicans who do the bidding of the Deep State and everything they say is a lie to uphold the power of the illegitimate President.
There is no winning with these people by using logic, because they are not wired to respond to logic the way most people are. You will literally be beating a dead horse. Even people who have supposedly left the MAGA Cult still cannot completely disconnect themselves from this conspiratorial way of thinking and many have found themselves easily pulled back in on some level into thinking that the election was stolen.
It is a deficit in cognition and perception.

@@turbo8481 the cult is strong. Why would any one want a candidate with that much baggage. This why I didn’t want Hilary although I believe she would have done a good job , she would have been barraged by past history and investigations weather they held any merit or not. That is not good for our country. Given trump was their nominee there was no other choice but to vote for Hilary. Sane clean slate candidates for both sides would be a breath of fresh air.

Yes, in the past the only way to do it was by an absentee ballot by snail mail. Many states have authorized overseas military and citizens to email their ballot which is then hand counted. Of course they must request one first with the proper form.

The actual overseas voter must scan their completed ballot that was sent to them along with additional forms which includes their signature, their overseas address and contact information and their address when they used to live in town. It's a federal form so the whole country uses the same process if they allow the voter to email the ballot. Otherwise so many of them arrived too late to count. It cannot be used for tourists vacationing abroad but only somebody who is working or studying abroad, and of course the military.

Hi David. I’m watching from Berlin, Germany and it’s really quite painful to see American society moving into a direction, that we Germans stopped investing and believing in from around 1945 on.
The truckers, Pillow, MTG, Gaetz, Flynn, Carlson, Infraham…etc. etc all seem to suffer from the same misconception. All of the above, the christo-fascists but demonstrably “The Proud Boys” seem to get off on some sort of pride towards some national identity, that they never chose or worked for but simply inherited. They are proud Americans
Pride, however is one of the deadly seven sins, isn’t it? (Especially for Christians)
“Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise.”
…I truely believe that’s the point from which all American problems “arise”
“It was Pride that changed angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels.”

The town I work in does not have many military but a lot of overseas students and US residents. The ballots are broken up by candidates and we have three people count to verify the total. Then the ballots are broken up by the next category shown, and so on. It's a slow process but very carefully done.

American democracy, in terms of making sure votes are legitimate and properly-counted, is actually in really good shape, despite the entire GOP spending the last 20 years spreading the Big Lie of voter fraud that they knew was always going to lead here. The Brennan Center looked at this nonsense years ago, and studied over a *billion* votes cast in American elections between 2000-2016. The number of even *potential* fraud cases they found? 31.

And how much of it was personal… and how privately this information was kept or is being kept, afterwards. We don’t seem to have any idea, as so much of what the hell they were actually doing was clandestine.

"Does 'Mike Pillow' even have access to the data?"
That is a great rhetorical question and something that no one had considered because I would argue that if crazy Mike Lindell even had the data that such information was illegally obtain (e.g. hacked or stolen) because such voter information would be confidential and secured.
So that would make Lindell guilty of being in possession of stolen personal information and his data might not be permissible because it was not turned over to legal authorities, and such evidence could have been tampered with.
Either way Lindell has to shut up, and go away and sniff the toxic fumes from his crappy pillows which no one wants to buy.
